Excellent delivery, quality and service
Recently ordered and received Eames Lounge Chair. Delivery was in 1 week, exceptional. Packaging was in very rigid and large cardboard box with wood bottom and fully wrapped in bubble wrap and other soft materials. Even supplied white gloves to unpackage the chair. Workmanship is flawless, comfort is amazing. Ordered another matching chair we liked it so much. Communications were fast and straightforward. I have read many of the negative on line comments about Rove but have also seen just as many if not more positive reviews of this firm. We couldn't be happier. Thank you from a very critical architect/ engineer!
Product amazing quality; delivery issues were a little frustrating.
Bought the Eames chair - amazing quality and very affordable price. I would order more furniture from them without any reservations. Delivery was a little bit disorganized. I ordered the chair on-line and waited several days before I touched base to discuss ETA of delivery. Good thing I called, because for some reason my order was lost and hadn't been processed, so I lost a few days. Then it took a couple of weeks to have a definitive delivery date. But the chair is a dead ringer for the original. Beautiful craftsmanship and high quality leather. So happy!

Customer service was great - just sorry that your return policy doesn't allow me to return a carrera top without loosing most of its value...particularly since I want to buy the same top from you in a larger size.

I've bought several pieces of furniture from Rove Concepts and I'm thrilled with each of them. My aunt has an original 'Charles and Ray' chair and ottoman which we have all loved over the years. I didn't want to spend over $6K for a chair so I bought a similar one from Rove Concepts. I don't see any difference in quality and my chair is every bit as comfortable as my aunt's chair. I'm equally pleased with my other purchases from Rove, as well.
A few months ago, I ordered a daybed and after a long wait, Rove informed me that it couldn't fill my order because of quality issues with the production. At first, I was disappointed, then I was thrilled that Rove took this position and saved me the inconveniences and headaches of dealing with a piece of furniture that might not be the quality I expected. They refunded my deposit and gave me a discount for a future purchase.
I was more than pleased with this outcome and quickly found another chair I wanted. When that chair is delivered and I'm using it in my home, I'll be confident that it meets my standards as well as Rove's standards of quality.
Saarinen Tulip style White Marble Table and Chairs
I had previously purchased another two less expensive Saarinen tulip style dining sets from other manufacturers (China made), made of either fiberglass or molded plastic. Both served us well for five years each, but just didn't feel like they were made of high quality materials. We saw the Rove Concepts version, and decided to upgrade.
The first set was delivered with four nice chairs, and a fractured marble table top. I was unable to see the damaged table until I uncrated it after the delivery people left. I contacted Rove Concepts, sending along a photograph of both the undamaged crate and the fractured top. They immediately replied that they would be sending out another top in 7 to 14 days. The replacement top arrived as promised, undamaged. Quality of the new set looks to be of higher quality than the others we purchased elsewhere, especially the cushions.
Rove Concepts is, in my opinion, an honest vendor of high quality mid-century modern home furnishings. I would not hesitate to do business with them again.
Phone System is Terrible
My only interaction with Rove was on the phone. Using the excuse that it was a VOIP system it took 3 or 4 different phone calls to 2 different sales folks with a need to repeat information that I had already provided but was lost because the phone system kicked me out and I had to start all over. In addition the sales rep had to be the dumbest Canadian in Vancouver. I explaned more than twice that my PHYSICAL address was ....... and my MAILING address was a P.O. Box number. The sales rep then proceeded to inform me that you could not ship to a post box, something I would have to be a box of rocks myself to not understand that AND for her to tell me in the face of HER reversing the mailing and physical address. If Rove were not the ONLYT place to buy this piece of furniture in North America I would go there simply because of the phone system. J
One of the best customer service experience I have had in a while.
I received a table top as a "gift" from a friend but I had to buy the Tulip base, so on to Rove's website I go. From the easy chat pop up window to the email order estimate to the ordering process this was fast and painless. I would definitely order from them again.
Beautiful products, excellent service
As a Vancouver resident, I was able to visit the showroom and inspect the items I considered purchasing. The look and quality seemed top-notch so I ordered a Noguchi coffee table, Jonas dining table, two Masters chairs and an LCW Molded Plywood chair. I was able to pick everything up from the warehouse within two weeks and I couldn't be happier. Each piece is wonderful. That is one solid coffee table; the glass alone must weigh close to 100 lbs! The dining table really brightens the room. I ordered two more Masters chairs. Love their simplicity and beauty. They look great around the dining table, the contrast of colours and materials create a modern and slightly informal dining space. And all my visitors love the classic LCW chair!

Excellent shipping delivery
I had reservations about having items shipped across the continent without being damaged and prepared myself for the nightmare it might be to have to deal with someone to remedy that. But thankfully the items were so well packaged all was fine. The local delivery was unbelievably easy for Miami. I opted for regular delivery because I live in a one story home, no problems at all.

Great chairs, great customer service!
We recently ordered 8 DAW molded plastic arm chairs and experienced excellent service. I liked being able to track my order. When the distribution company was taking a little longer than I expected to deliver the chairs, I contacted ROVE Concepts and they looked into this for me immediately and kept me up to date. My experience was the OPPOSITE experience from dealing with a big box store where you can never seem to reach the right department. Or, even when you do talk to someone, you never feel that you're in good hands.
I felt that ROVE Concepts employees were looking out for me and my order. The chairs arrived in great condition and I'm so happy with them. I will definitely use ROVE Concepts again.
