They were very detailed and professional over the phone. The follow up emails with tracking is perfect. No complaints at all.

My client ordered chairs on sale. They said they were in stock and she placed the order. When they discovered they were out of stock I asked for the in stock color at the sale price. They would not match the price and we had already passed on a chair from another company.They did up the trade discount from 5 percent to 10 and they said it's only 30 more per chair...but being it was their mistake I think they should have honored the lower price.As they said it was only 120 difference.Hopefully the chairs will be good.It looks like a nice copy of the original chair.

I had been searching for a womb chair for our living room. After reading all of the positive reviews about Rove Concepts I decided to purchase the chair through them. So far the experience has been easy and I'm looking forward to receiving our new chair soon.

We are very happy with our furniture from Rove. We did have an issue with our delivery where we paid an up charge for white glove, and the delivery person was told by a contractor (while we weren't home) to just leave it boxed. Rather than calling me to confirm this change, they just left the large furniture crates - which I then had to unbox and discard. When I called to inquire about the White Glove delivery that didn't occur, they weren't flexible on reducing the fee although the service wasn't provided. While I can see their point, I think they are overly rigid and I would have handled it differently if it were my company.

We just purchased a reproduction Eames lounge chair and ottoman. It was delivered this morning. The purchase process was impeccable. I had a few questions that were answered over email immediately and I liked very much how the store dealt with customer service issues. I was informed when the chair and ottoman were ready to leave the warehouse and I had a tracking number at all times. The preparation for shipping done by Rove should be prize winning. The chair could have been shipped to the moon: each piece of the chair was carefully wrapped and every interior space of the box had been cushioned either with foam to protect the sides of the chair or with air-filled cushions. There was a thin wood platform inside the box as well. And all of this was in a very sturdy, plastic wrapped cardboard box that was attached to a wooden platform. Impeccable. Given how I live in a small rural town, the last leg of the shipment was done by a local delivery company. The woman who delivered the chair was great. This company's office staff, however, could use a lesson in courtesy. The chair, itself, is extremely well-made, smooth edges, soft buttery leather. Everything I would have accepted with the original. We couldn't be happier. Thank you!

I have purchased 2 of these tables this year for my offices and am very pleased with the quality of the repoduction of this classic design. Especially with a product like this with so many welding points and chrome finish. The glass is also very thick and substancial feeling.
