Great Looking Iconic Pieces
I ordered the LEM piston stool reproductions in white. I've not received them yet but was impressed with the chat and phone-based sales support. This is my first purchase although I have received fabric samples from Rove for other items which I greatly appreciated being able to order. Hopefully the quality of the furniture will match service. I gave 4 out of 5 stars because I had technical issues ordering online -- possibly because I'm using the Microsoft Edge browser. It was easy to order over the phone so no big deal afterall.

Really nice furnitures, but not to my quality expectations
I bought a Karla Display Unit, a Liva Work Desk, a Hal Chair and a Factory Table Lamp. The furniture are really nice and solid. I'm quite happy with the looks it create in my home office.
The issue I had were related to the Quality. I was missing instructions to build the desk. The chair seat got damaged in the shipping and the hardware to build the Karla Display Unit was missing screws. More over some screws actually broke when I installed them.
Support has been good to help me with my issues, so thanks for that. But when I'm buying furnitures at that price, I'm expecting to get a clean user experience and it was not the case.

Items arrived upon the timeframe I expected. Items are very well packed with shipping company who contacted me, provided all tracking information and delivered with given time frame.
My table was very well packed, what allows me to lift it on a second floor without any damage.
Assembly was straight forward with according bolts included. On the end of my journey I have got very well done piece of furniture which inspired me for more buying from rove concepts.

Second Time Around
I had previously thought that I had placed an order and apparently didn't push the right key to finalize it. After a month of waiting I called to ask where my furniture was (not thinking 10 to 14 months instead of weeks).
The next step was checking with Visa to see if I had any charges from you. There were none and II have since re-ordered and in a pinch on the delivery timing, particularly having to wait for production on one of the items. Ten weeks seems like a long time for items reportedly in stock. In re-ordering I was constantly interrupted by your communications window being on top of what I was trying to see and act to.
I certainly hope something can be done on your delivery date (I'm un opposed to increased shipping charges if necessary). It is such a pleasure to have your products available at your pricing - I purchased my first Eames chairs in 1954. There in no better design.

Dinning Table, chair and stool
The furniture set that I ordered came in today. The furniture quality turns out to be better than I expected. I was hesitant to order furniture online, not knowing what I would end up getting. Ordering online was easy and the delivery came in relatively quick. The only complaint is that they only delivered the furniture to the ground floor. I have to get help to carry the heavy table top to the third floor and have it assembled. Other than that I happy for the great value! I am ready for a second order now!
