Very happy with Saarinen dining table reproduction
I'm a picky architect...and I'm very impressed with the quality of both the painted metal base and the stone top. Fair price, reasonable delivery time and very well boxed for shipping.

Wonderful service, fine product.
I ordered four products and here's the rundown. The sofa is exactly as it says, and is beautiful for the price. It was created in a different wood stain than I had ordered but I like it just as much. Customer Service worked with me at the time, and I appreciated their apology and willingness to take responsibility. The replica Smile chair and also Eames chair are a touch too low - compared to the original. I was surprised to see them as low as they are. Finally, the replica womb chair is large and a bit clumsier than the original but well made and comfortable. Everyone was lovely to work with. I think RC can improve on its design a bit, which is why I gave them a less than perfect score.
Excellent experience
I ordered the Pavilion Bench and it looks beautiful in person. The leather feels nice and the cushion is comfortable. It requires minimal assembly. For me, it's a statement piece. I plan to order another one from Rove Concepts.

Great customer service
We ordered few items, Egg Chair, Shell Chair, Tulip Table Top oval marble and 6 Norman Side Chairs. Because the Egg Chair and Shell Chair were made to order, we had to wait few weeks to get our items. I called many time to get an update and each time someone was able to give me the status of my order. When I received the shipment, everything was very well wrapped and protected. Despite the perfect wrapping, one chair was a little bit chipped on the side, I called customer service and they were very responsive. I filled out a claim with picture and within a week they sent me a new one. Good job! very rare to find a customer service as helpful and efficient. Thank you!
Great quality and customer service, expensive shipping
We looked at a few different places to order replica furniture online, but Rove Concepts was the only ones who responded to our inquiries and did so very fast.
We have already received a set of replica Eames chairs and must say that we are very satisfied with the quality.
The only drawback with using Rove Concepts is the high shipping costs. We would probably order something more often, if it was not so expensive to have delivered.

Excellent - I ordered 2 cool chairs today!
I spent hours on their website, looking at styles of lounge chairs and fabric/leather choices. Ordered swatches; they arrived super fast. Went into Vancouver store today; received excellent help and advice from Melanie. It all came together, and I ordered 2 of the really stylish Warren Platner lounge chairs! Covered in Citrine cashmere for a concrete grey wood floor and neutral walls - should be stunning!
Good Value
I ordered the Marcus Dining Table and 6 Kasper Dining Chairs. The design of both is Great! The operation of the table (leaf expansion) is flawless. Everything arrived well-packed and undamaged. Both the table and chairs are beautifully executed. One thing keeps me from rating 5 stars instead of 4: there are little issues with fit and finish that keep the pieces a notch below excellent. The table halves fit together with a hairline crack that will require a table runner to camouflage, I think due to the edges being powder coated; otherwise, the table is wonderful. Many of the chair leg pieces don't fit exactly and the wood filler used is applied inconsistently, and there are spots where the stain or filler was not properly wiped off; otherwise the chairs are pretty good. These may be considered to be minor gripes, but there is a difference between 4 stars and 5.

I wanted DSR Molded Plastic Side Chairs that matched with some other items in my office. I was being a little neurotic about the color, and the folks at Rove were very patient and helpful, taking pictures of the actual chairs in the warehouse for me to review (the color did differ from the website but I they have since fixed that). The chairs came as scheduled, white glove delivery, no problems at all.

went out if their way
I had called to inquire about local pick up and asked if the chairs on sale would remain on sale for long, and was told there was no plan to change the price. After I confirmed that someone could pick them up for me at the warehouse, I went online again to complete my order and found the sale price had nearly doubled! I called back and asked if they could make an exception for me since I had only spoken to their sales agent the day before. They happily honoured the lower sale price for me and completed my order over the phone. Very happy with their service, and excited for my beautiful new chairs.
