We just purchased 4 of the above referenced chairs, we've never bought from Rove and were worried about quality, but everything was great. The factory is open late on weekdays allowing you to get there after work. Chairs were easy to assemeble. We will shop here again.

I ordered a ghost Louis armchair after a thorough online search. Rove had the best price. I was almost deterred by the expensive shipping, but they do provide an option of picking up the item for free at their warehouse in Delta. It's not the most ideal shipping situation, but the price of the product made up for the inconvenience.

I recently bought 6 of the DSR folded plastic side chairs in white with chrome finish legs and they're fabulous - good quality and easy to assemble. They complete my midcentury modern look. Ordering was effortless and they arrived a week ahead of anticipated date. Customer service and follow up was also personal and excellent. Only downside of the entire experience, I was being cheap so I had them shipped to the warehouse in Delta, and being from the North Shore, I got lost trying to find it! My fault. Given the efficiency of everything else, next purchase I might even spring for the delivery!!!

I found this Rove cabinet on line...right look, right size, and right price...and it was on sale. Everything went smoothly...looking forward to receiving my cabinet.

I wanted to buy a tulip chair for a Christmas gift, and to my delight, it was on sale - with a further 15% discount coupon. Unfortunately, I ran into problems figuring out how to order it from the website. I'd almost given up when it looked as though my chair, on sale for $170, was going to cost $249 for delivery alone and take 16 weeks to get here. But I had excellent help from Peter, who was texting me when I first checked out the website, and from two gentlemen at the 1-800 number when I had multiple questions (some dumber than others). Stu, the last guy, graciously typed my online order in himself. The result: no delivery charge (because we'll pick it up from the warehouse), assurances that it would be here in two weeks, and a final bill of $140 plus change for a chair I've seen locally for $200 more than that. Great job, guys - and thanks!

This was my first experience with Rove Concepts after looking at their furniture online many times. The shopping experience was seamless, and same for the delivery. Product was great and as expected. We'll be back for more!

I spoke to two agents. Once for quote. Second to pass the order. Borh times I received a professional and pleasant service without peessure.

I received the Tulip Table from Rove COncepts. I was pleasantly surprised with the table's craftsmanship & quality. The customer service from ROVE was excellent, but their freight forwarder XPO, was less so. When they delivered it, they didn't even unpack it from the wood crate, so it was a lot of work & pain to unpack it myself. Other than that, I would definitely buy from Rove again!

I went into the showroom to purchase a to stand. It was a pretty good shopping experience. Nothing special. Non pushy sales people. The two ladies at the front could greet customers as they come in. A greeting with a smile goes a long way. The website is not really updated. The website says there are 3 in stock but when I went in to purchase the tv stand, they had none. 10-14 weeks to get one in. Pretty good deal for the tv stand.

I contacted rove to place an order and corresponded over email. The lady whose I spoke to was very helpful, prompt and informative! She set up my order for me and assisted me in placing it! It was easy and quick and I can't wait for my chairs! Would definitely order from here again!
