Beautiful Furniture - website error
I have been on the website and in the store and the furniture is beautiful and exactly our style. We tried ordering chairs on the website and it said that there was $0 shipping charge to pick up from their warehouse but when we went to confirm and purchase order there wasn't that option to choose. I had to go into the store to order for pickup.

Best online site. Best fabric. Love the free pickup in Delta, BC to save shipping cost. Iconic womb chair: Rove Concept allowed me to share in Cyber Monday - using my Canadian credit card and address. FABULOUS.
Very Good Quality
I'm impressed with the quality and customer service. I ordered an original Saarinen table from Knoll and received a damaged one and took 2 months to deal with them. After that, I decided to try Rove Concepts and received a better table and a great customer service.

Ordering a Charles and Ray Chair and Ottoman
During the Black Friday sales at Rove Concepts, I was unable to reach a sales person so I sent an email That email was confirmed and the rep was kind enough to allow me the full sales price after the holiday sales time passed. I had never heard of Rove Concepts until I searched on line for "marble tables", I went to the store and saw the marble table I wanted. A very friendly sales person emailed me a quote. The Black Friday sale reduced the price by 20%. I went to purchase my table yesterday! Not only did I buy the table I also bought 2 chairs! The receipt was emailed to me. I was not aware that I was also going to receive a gift "card" valued at 10% of total spent!! When I compared the same table at Rove's competition here is how it stacked up! Competition did not have the size I wanted, the smaller size is priced at $1785.00, I spent $1560.00 for a larger table and two chairs plus I got the $150.00 gift card.
Rove does not include shipping from Delta, they use a third party to ship and they offer you the option of picking up your furniture from Delta.
I am very happy with how I was treated and am very excited as I wait for the call to say that my furniture has arrived!!
Excellent service through web site
Dale, gave me an excellent service through the website. he sent me the pictures of the products and gave me an option to storage my product until February and helped me to conclude my purchase. Now my expectation is when the product will be deliver and see the quality of the product and the good job of the company that will deliver it.

Excellent service and quality, high delivery charges
quality products at a reasonable price. Although if you are buying smaller quantities or lesser expensive products, you need to watch out for high delivery charges. Nothing like in the US where delivery on orders over a set amount are free.
An optimistic purchase
I ordered two chairs through the Black Friday sale. They both look to be high quality reproductions and I got all the info I needed by chatting online with a sales rep. I will see how I like them in person when my custom order arrives (10-14 weeks later), but for now I'm optimistic about these purchases.
