I found the furniture on the Rove Concepts website was contemporary and quite beautiful, I decided to visit the showroom in Vancouver and it happened to be on a sale day! I was not greeted when I came into the store, as well there was someone vacuuming at the entrance when I came into the store. Shortly after I was approached by a helpful salesperson (Peter). I really appreciated his patience, knowledge and input into making a decision on a chair. He did give me some samples of colour to help in decision making. Later in the day I decided on a sofa. On my return the person at the desk greeted me immediately and help me right away. He was knowledgeable and again provided me with some good information and help in making the right colour choice. The selection of furniture was good and well represented on the website. The staff was well informed and helpful (although I was not initially acknowledged when coming into the store I did appreciate there was no intense sales pressure!) I think they have great furniture and am very excited about the purchase!

The prices and style options are great. The website is very easy to use as well!

I had been looking to purchase dining room chairs for some time and had my eye on the Eames style slope chairs. After looking on many sites, and reading many reviews, I found Rove Concepts. I really liked how transparent they were about their process, the materials and why they operate as they do. This helped build trust, and helped me make my decision on why to buy. Will update once I receive the chairs!

I have to applaud Tara the customer service representative. She began by assisting me via the online chat. This was extremely helpful! I highly recommend asking questions when the chat pops up. She then proceeded to assist me via telephone and help me complete my purchase. I could not have asked for better customer service. Tara is a Superstar! Can't wait to get my table and chairs. Will purchase from Rove Concepts again!

I do almost all of my shopping online. Rove Concepts has a fabulous selection of mid-century reproductions, with very good pricing. Very easy ordering process. Shipping was higher than I had expected. Return policy is MUCH more restrictive than on other shopping websites that I use.

These chairs are excellent and incredibly priced. Quality is good, as well.

Order 4 DSW Molded Plastic chairs and one was damaged during shipping. Called customer care about it, sent in some pics and a new one was shipped out. Was very pleased with how it was handled. John

Very easy to order a perfectly sized studio sofa with a variety of color choices. Needed help and the chat function worked quickly and efficiently. I'd recommend purchasing from Rove Concepts in the future.
