Terms of Coupon Were Unclear
Rove said you'd get $25 off if you signed up. Wasn't until you put items in your cart that you found out they were ineligible. Found out after complaining that it applied to only furniture even though nothing on the website or on the email claimed anything of the sort. But if you order a $1000 piece of furniture, your discount is only 2.5%?! Seems like a stretch for me and after a back-and-forth with their customer service, I didn't even get a 2.5% discount on my $125 order. Still ordered from them, probably won't again, just seemed a disingenuous ploy especially after not getting a bone after pointing it out to them.

Order for Saarinen style table
I found the web site easy to navigate and after a few fumbles was able to place my order. The fumbles were mine in that I was rushing.

Excellent experience -- from beginning to end.
I ordered a small Saarinen 'tulip' coffee table from Rove Concepts as a trial purchase (having never purchased furniture online before). Ordering was easy and delivery quick. However, on opening the wooden crate containing the table top I found a one-and-half inch dent/crack in the rim. Solving the problem was mercifully easy. After contacting Rove to let them know of the damage, I e-mailed some digital photos of the damage and in a week received a replacement tabletop. I am delighted -- not only with the quality of the product but particularly with the quality of the service. The Rove people -- James and Tara -- could not have been more helpful and what could have been a hassle was not. My trepidations about buying online (from Rove) have disappeared.

Fantastic Service!
Today I called Rove Concepts to place an order for a chair and Melanie was awesome. I was speaking quietly because my baby was sleeping and she never got annoyed or asked me to repeat things. She was kind, friendly, helpful, and efficient, plus sent me emails immediately for my order and delivery info.
I will be shopping here again in the future.

We've ordered from Rove for both personal and business needs. The products are high quality, and the customer service has always been excellent. On our last order attempt, we were unable to place the order online as the purchase process was misbehaving, but we called Rove and they quickly completed the purchase. I would absolutely recommend them.

Detailed website, fair prices for quality
I appreciated reading about the origin of each piece and the related designer, as well as learning about their high standards for quality of finish. The information on the website (and the 5 year warranty on the products) made me feel very comfortable ordering from Rove Concepts.

Great Experience. Even Better Product.
Ok, so I feel compelled to write this review as I'm the General Manager of a dot-com Jewelry Company and understand the influence both negative and positive reviews can have on the purchase decision for future customers.
After approx. 2 months of searching for a Eero Saarinen replica table, I was set on Rove Concepts. However, I read a mix of both positive and negative reviews which had me extremely apprehensive about moving forward with the purchase. My big concerns were product quality, delivery and customer service.
Let me start with quality. I received my 52" table this week and absolutely love it. The Carerra marble top is beautiful and exudes quality. The base is also well constructed which gives the table a sturdy look and feel. The only flaw I can see is that the table measures more like 50-51" vs. 52", but this is not an issue for me.
Delivery was a little slower than anticipated, but Rove was always very responsive to my emails or live chats, so all-in-all, delivery went smooth. The guys that dropped off my table were great and very careful. They helped me inspect the table outside before heading off.
Customer service was also great. I understand how an online company operates, so not getting my call answered every time was not an issue. Emails were always responded to within 24hrs and the tone was always helpful and polite.
So all-in-all I can highly recommend Rove. I'll be purchasing wishbone chairs in the near future.

Rove Concepts Customer Service Experience
Mr. James McKenzie was able to answer all my product questions regarding the Rove Concept's Eames Lounge Chair and Ottoman. I was please with his patience over the phone and customer service. I wish the company offered a military discount or a senior citizen discount to U.S. residents and citizens. I hope in the future they will be able to maintain their pricing without compromising quality.

Great Product, Exceptional Customer Service!!
I have been shopping at stores like West Elm, CB2, Dot&Bo and Z Gallerie. Today, was single handedly the best furniture buying experience I have ever had, and it was all done over the phone. I had the honor of speaking with a young lady named Elly on the phone, and she was pleasant, she listened to my needs, and provided a solution for something I wanted that I was fearful I had already missed out on. She followed up with me in a timely fashion, and made my purchasing experience a truly memorable one. I cannot thank her enough!
It's easy to see that Rove carries an exceptional collection of furniture, but there is definitely more value in their people and how they make their customers feel. A lot of competing brands can learn a lot from their level of customer service. Cheers!

Burr in your fur
We discovered Rove concepts online and identified the product offering we were looking for - a 67 inch Saarinen table with white lacquered table surface. Customer service associate Baldwin did an excellent job describing the product offering in detail, and the company's value proposition versus competitors. Rove offers a $25 coupon for joining their marketing community (newsletter). When we went to apply this to our order, we were advised that Rove policy dictates that only one discount could be applied (we received a 5% designer discount). For $25, this policy is just wrong, undermines goodwill and effectively can never be applied. Rove should take measures to correct this. It damages the brand.

purchase of tulip table
I want to like this experience but the delivery time now looks far different than when I clicked "purchase". It showed "in stock". I actually have no idea when it would be scheduled for delivery but if the flow chart is to be believed it could be 3 months :-(
This is an important factor in purchasing furniture. Now in the dark..

Responsive and Professional
