I requested fabric samples twice and received them quickly. And, the actual ordering process went smoothly. And was surprised when a 'live chat' popped up thanking me for my order and if I needed any additional help.

The site is very easy to use, and the prices are reasonable. However I had a coupon for $25.00 off and did not find a place for the coupon code. Other than that every thing was good.

So, after much contemplation and begin quite concerned about previous online reviews/criticism of Rove Concepts and their customer service, I decided to take the plunge and ordered the lounge chair/ottoman. I was reassured by customer service that they had replaced a troublesome freight vendor, which caused many of the complaints re: damaged items. My experience could not have been any better. I was lucky to have ordered my standard items when Rove was getting them in so my total wait from order to delivery was 4 weeks! Also, everything was delivered in impeccable condition and Non Stop Delivery, the local delivery vendor, did and excellent job. Thank you.

Smooth ordering process -- hopefully delivery and product will be as easy. Good price -- was able to get a $300 table for $185 but shipping was quite expensive at $99. All in, still a good deal but may not think the same if it wasn't on sale. Fingers crossed for product quality and delivery experience to be as issue free.

I just placed my second order with Rove Concepts. I first purchased the 40 in. Saarinen tulip table with the white laminate top and white base for the breakfast nook area of my recently remodeled kitchen. I wanted to get the original but it was too expensive for me, yet I was wary about the knockoffs since there are so many low quality ones. I did a lot of research into finding a good quality reproduction and this led me to Rove Concepts. We received the table and were so happy with the look and the quality. It is truly a beautiful table! My husband was able to assemble it quickly and had no problems because it was so well made. Given how happy we were with the table, the fact that shipping was relatively quick, and no other issues, we decided to purchase four of the Eames molded plastic chair (with the Eiffel wire base) to go with our tulip table. I also ordered the tulip side table with the white marble top. Because our table was so high quality, we had no hesitations about going back to Rove Concepts for these additional items.

I was researching the internet for a quality reproduction Saarrinen table for a friend's new apartment and found Rover Concepts. I tend to be wary of "knock offs" as they often turn out to be poorly manufactured products. After looking at many options— and, of course, at Ikea's model—Rove Concepts, although its version of the tulip table was pricer, the company had good reviews and also seemed trustworthy. The risk of buying a large table "sight unseen" over the web was overcome by a desire for (by many accounts) a quality reproduction than closely resembled the original. My friend ordered the round 40" tulip table with a Carrera white marble top. I can say, without reservation, that the quality of this table is fantastic. The powder coating on the base is even, its shape is flawless, and the marble top is subtly veined and smooth. The service was amazing by Rove Concept's sales people, Elly and James. Elly and James facilitated the sale beautifully and really made purchasing a piece of furniture from an online company seamless. Can't say this enough: truly impeccable customer service by well-trained knowledgable people. I would highly recommend Rove Concepts as a source for reproduction classic modern furniture.

The web site is well built but not to easy to work. Took me some time to actual pay for my order. In one place said that I will pay 50% of the total Then the rest, but could not find where? Other that tat is ok. Will see when the financial people email me with instructions.

I ordered the 48" Tulip Table (Cararra Marble) from Rove Concepts in early December. I purchased the table through the website, but I spoke with a woman in customer service first to get an idea of delivery timing and service. She advised the table would arrive in late-December and strongly recommended I upgrade the delivery option from standard to white-glove service due to the weight / construction required of the table once delivered. I thought this was excessive considering the standard delivery charge is higher than most I have seen, however, I agreed and paid the $350 delivery fee. I am in the process of refurnishing our house and despite the $30k spent on furniture to date I can honestly say that is the highest fee I have ever paid for delivery/assembly. The order was delayed twice, although both times with apologies from the vendor. When it finally arrived in Houston, I scheduled the delivery for a day when I could take off work to receive/inspect. That morning the delivery agent called stating that they had forgotten to put it on the truck and therefore would have to reschedule. Despite the hassle, I rescheduled for another afternoon when I could take off work to witness the delivery. The same thing happened again and I was told I would have to reschedule. When I protested my frustration (at having taken off work twice to receive this order!), they agreed to put the item on a truck and deliver it to my house. The delivery men were very nice and very careful when carrying the crate in, however, they had no tools and no knowledge of how to construct (after I had paid for white glove service!). After multiple phone calls to the delivery agent and Rove; the agent agreed to send someone out the following day to construct. He arrived - with tools, apologies, and muddy boots all over my floor, however the item was assembled properly. When I asked for a refund of, at the very least, the white glove portion of my delivery fee - I was told that was impossible and offered a $50 gift credit to the website. For this amount of inconvenience I would have expected a refund of the full delivery fee. In summary - I am happy with the product despite the delays However, this order required so much of a hassle on my part in order to have it delivered - I am not sure I would use the company again.
