Customer Service
I have not yet received my furniture, so I'm rating the customer service only. The web site checkout caused me some problems, so I did the live chat option. The person with whom I was chatting gave me a number to call at my convenience to continue my purchase. When I called, the delightful woman on the other end was already informed about the situation and was expecting my call. The woman who took my order was extremely patient and helpful, aven giving me a coupon code. When I asked about ordering another piece of furniture that had to be custom made, she advised me to wait, as the lead time actually decreased in the coming weeks. This was the first time I had a sales rep actually dissuade me from making an immediate purchase. Refreshing!

Excited they make great design available
I can't speak to the quality of the Cherner side chair I bought - I just placed the order - but I'm excited to see the chair. I'm a big fan of many of the designers whose work is featured on this site. I could never afford to buy a set of chairs from the Cherner Chair Co. itself and I hope the quality of the chair will be good enough that I can be confident about buying a set of reproductions.
So far so good
If the finished product arrives and comes off as well as promised, I will be delighted. That is still the better part of two months from now. Be prepared for this kind of timeframe when ordering anything other than something that shows as in stock.
quick shipping and good product
i've been using the ghost side chairs for more than 3 months, i'm completely satisfied with its comfort and beautiful shape, and it's very light, easy to move around. it's clear but very sturdy, believe me!
it's 2-3 inch higher than most side chairs, so pay attention to your table height you plan to pair with.
Rove Concepts has quick shipping if the items are in stock and it was arrived in perfect condition. will buy from Rove Concepts again if I need more mid-century pieces.
Error in the checkout page made fir a confusing transaction
We really like Rove's products. The order I just placed, in the end, appears to have gone through just fine, but throughout the checkout process an error box kept showing making it a bit confusing. All in all am very happy with the site and looking forward to receiving our new chair. Will order from Rove again.

Great so far
When a promotion code did not work properly, I received a quick response from Rove to my email. I was very surprised to get a response at all as most of the time emails to online retailers go into a black cyber hole.. Instead of abandoning my order, I placed it. Now we'll see how things go from here.
great products, flawed delivery
Love the Rove retro products. Pricey, but the quality is there. The delivery leaves something to be desired. After a long wait, April to October 2014, my table was delivered in flawless condition. I had paid for "white glove" service, which was extra, thinking that at least they would put the table together. No dice. They dropped it( still crated, I might add) in my dining area and said that was not part of their job description. Would order products from Rove again, but would not get the white glove.
After tons of research, Rove Concepts won our business
Looked into a number of companies that make reproduction mid century mod furniture and Rove concepts turned out to be a clear winner for some of the items when you're trying to balance getting an authentic experience against other aspects of 'perfect' reproductions that add no value but only tons of costs.

Not Sure
It looks like Rove carries the product I want but they no longer allow me to pick up my item at the local warehouse, do not provide an assembly service nor will they deliver the item up my stairs. I am a woman in my 70's with no family near by so this is going to pose a real problem for me and significantly increases the cost of my purchase. I only hope the quality of the product warrants the expense.
The chat service is excellent - they are polite, prompt and informative.
Get the look without breaking the bank!
I haven't received my merchandise yet but my experience with the company so far has been great. Fabric samples offer solid quality and range of color and texture. Black Friday discount offer is a nice touch to negate the shipping cost. Looking forward to receiving my new chair and I hope it is as nice as the $1400 Knoll version.
