Hey, This is a great place with a great concept - Made to order pieces from an online catalog of choices and a show room so you can go try things out before you buy. It is the future of retail. The quality and price are right if you can wait. They do have a Professional Trade Discount program. But is is not nearly as friendly as other furniture stores. It really only kicks in if you order $10,000 or more of furniture, and that's asking a lot from one place with a very limited product line. I did order a few things from here, but I think they will need to grow their line of products before I'll order again.

I really don't see why other people are giving them 3 stars before even receiving the pieces. My experience with Rove Concepts has been a good one, from the very start they were clear to me how long my chair would take to produce which was 10-14 weeks. This sounded fair since my custom made sofa here in Toronto took 3 months to make. My Eames lounge chair came on the 12th week and I was notified every step of the way. The only hiccup with the whole shipping experience is they do not offer white glove to Canadians, this means you will have to unpack and dispose of the big box yourself. It wasn't too big of a deal for me as I live in a condo so I just flattened everything and tossed it into the large bin. Upon first look at the chair and my first sit down, you could quickly tell this chair was crafted with care and exudes quality. From feeling the buttery leather as I sat down to the chair springing back as my body sank into it. This was exactly what I was looking for in a reproduction. The box came with a couple care cards and white glove as well which was nice and shows you how to clean the leather. Judging from some of the other reviews, they seem to have a couple hiccups here and there with their shipping company but that may also be because they seem to be a company growing quite fast! I wish them best of luck, as I will remain a loyal fan of their furniture."

I am totally upset that I have to create an account to login now, why would you make it so user UNFRIENDLY to follow up on a phone conversation and to find out where my order is? You have had half my money since July!! And, now this!! My God, you are only a furniture store,why the secrecy on an account??

You can't beat the product selection and quality of reproduction, but the logistics team at the company should all be fired. I ordered a dining table that was "in stock" per the web site and was only notified it was back ordered the day it was supposed to arrive. 2 months later I'm still having issues getting a straight answer as to what happened. Once the table was finally ready to be shipped from Rove's warehouse, the freight company went to pick it up and Rove couldn't find the table to hand off to them. Guess what, it was delayed once again. I suppose if you have all the time and patience in the world this is not an issue. For me it was extremely frustrating. Even after all this there was no offer to refund shipping or reduce the shipping cost by even a cent. Pretty poor customer service on this order.

I found Rove Concepts on HOUZZ, my absolute favorite design site, and resource for remodeling. They have wonderful "blogs" regarding products. Rove is an example. Rove has a beautifully curated selection of home goods. Beautiful handmade and "limited edition" pieces.

Easy online ordering. Immediate email acknowledgement of order, swiftly followed by an email with all details of despatch and tracking method. Delivered exactly when agreed by courteous delivery men. Excellent!
