Website was very easy to use and ordering was painless. Shipping rates were reasonable to the US. Looking forward to purchase furniture from here in the future.

The site was useful because I could see how the product would look in different finishes and leather colors. The delay in delivery for "custom" orders forced me to take a black leather instead of the grey I wanted. I just did not see waiting for 3 or 4 months for my chair to be made as reasonable.

Just received my Grey Danish Wool Swan Chair, after being in the showroom I wasn't too sure on what to go for but the sales assistant was more than helpful and after much deliberation helped me choose the Grey Danish wool to go with my neutral lounge theme. Glad to say it was a fantastic choice and glad I listened to him! Fits so perfectly in the lounge and now no-one wants to sit on anything else but the Swan Chair! I may have to trade in my sofa and get 4 swan chairs to cater for everyone! The delivery went smooth too, with a 4hr slot in which they arrived on time and delivered right into the room. I even received a call from the sales team asking me how my delivery went, which I thought was ace! Nice to know companies like these still are around - they still care!!

May I say how refreshing it is to deal with a Company whose professionalism matches our expectations. I recently purchased two office chairs from your company via the website, sight unseen. Very impressed with the process. Delivery came at the expected 7-14 days time frame. Let me tell you these chairs exceeded my expectations in terms of affordability and comfort. I am VERY happy with my purchase. I’m very happy with the product and would not consider returning it, however I would suggest that if the product should, in fact, have a black seat base, that the image on the website depicting the chair should be modified to indicate the accurate colour. Maybe this was just a packing issue but both chairs with the same colour identifier and same product code both contained the black seat base. Many thanks for a great product, I’m sure I will get many years out of these chairs! Kind regards
