I have now purchased a number of items from Rove Concepts, including a Luca Sofa, Luca Armchair, and Angelo Dining Chairs, all with Solstice Velvet. I can confidently report that the quality is excellent! The pricing is very reasonable give the level of quality. I also think Rove products have a nice style. All items are very solidly made and the material is robust and luxurious feeling. I wish I could say the same for products purchased from other furniture stores, where I have been very disappointed with the quality. There is always some risk when ordering things online as opposed to in a store where you can tell within minutes of seeing and touching something whether the materials are high quality and the products are cheaply made. Thus the importance of online reviews, and I feel obligated to share my positive experiences with Rove. My only regret is that I didn't discover them sooner. I certainly am recommending Rove to friends and colleagues and look forward to future purchases from them. I will also add that all items came well packaged and delivery service was outstanding - highly communicative (via both email and phone), prompt and professional delivery. Far superior to other furniture delivery services I have used. Buy with confidence.

I absolutely love my Winston Dining Table with Aubrey Side Chairs. They are beautifully made and sturdy and are perfect for my dinette area. One of the chairs arrived damaged and they immediately replaced it - no questions asked. I definitely will be purchasing again from Rove Concepts!

Latest order using vouchers did not go smoothly on the web so used the instant chat. The customer service rep was very courteous and professional. She took care of the order in a flash. Albeit the long delivery issue, quality of the furniture is excellent.

I wish there were more choice of things to buy. I got a store credit of 433$ when I bought a couch, but there is nothing else I need. I'd love to see shelves, bookcases, rugs (besides the sheep skin...), etc.
