Shopping experience was great
Shopping experience was great. I do wish there were more descriptions for each piece, where it was made, etc. Photos were great as well! Loved that there were reviews for each piece I looked at. I was having some loading issues with the site. I thought it might have been my browser or connection, but all other sites were working fine.
Can’t Wait for My Chairs
This is my second time ordering from Rove. I haven’t received anything yet but the ordering process was easy. My only feedback would be that I wish the back order timeline was accurate. It seems to keep getting delayed and pushed back.

Aubrey dining chairs are beautiful and well made. Some issues with delivery but customer service tried hard to correct the problems.

I like the quality of items from a past purchase. I did not like that this shipment of 2 items was delayed because they would not ship them separately. One item was in stock and one not available for 5-6 weeks, so both had to be delayed for 5-6 weeks or I had to purchase separately and pay separate shipping fees. It would be nice to ship items upon availability.
Easy to navigate
I found it easy to navigate around the website and to find what I was looking for. I liked the lifestyle page and the customers pictures for helping me to understand what the coffee table would look like in my house. I love the style of your furniture and hope to incorporate more into my home as needed.

Overall experience with orders so far has been very good. Customer service was helpful with cancelling an order and initiating a return, but could not confirm my rebate/voucher could be returned to me. I was surprised that this would be in question at all since I cancelled the order that the voucher was used on. The voucher was returned in the end, thankfully.
King Bed Frame Purchase
I found it really easy to navigate the site. I did not use assistance for my purchase. I really like that the lead times are provided so it gives an accurate time as to when the product will arrive.

I have been very impressed with the furniture that I got from Rove Concept. The quality is absolutely at the top. The only complain that I have is the design of certain furniture. The look of their furniture is absolutely fantastic, however, I don’t think its piece maximize the capability of storage. I had an old dresser which is in a similar size as the Hunter dresser at Rove, but the Rove one cannot hold as much as I had in my older dresser. That being said, I am very please with the look of Rove pieces.
Finally great design without compromise.
My husband and I have been on the hunt for furniture that offers storage yet a modern design. After looking at more than 10 different pieces from 10 different companies we just couldn’t agree. We came upon Rove Concepts and found a clean and modern design we both fell in love with in a matter of minutes. We liked the design so much we bought two!

I ordered one Aubrey side chair before placing an order for 4. It is a sturdy, well made and very comfortable chair. It was delivered to my front door in perfect condition and packaged very well. I requested samples of other fabrics and frames which came really quickly. I’m glad I became a member!

Customer service is great on chat and samples were sent quick. We are very excited for our couch to arrive. The only thing I wish they had is something like “Rove in real life” where we could see the furniture we are interested in an actual room. Would definitely help with colour choices.
