I am very happy with all the products that I have ordered from Rove. Everything is nice quality and beautiful. I definitely recommend Rove to anyone looking for great furniture. Their customer service is excellent!

Website is easy to navigate. I need customer assistance to order an extra cushion and am still waiting but it is the holidays so I don’t think it’s unreasonable

I’ve made 3 purchases with Rove now. I’ve received the second order and am happy with the quality. For my most recent order the website was having trouble processing the vouchers so I called and was taken care of in a reasonable amount of time. It was very quick and easy as they just pulled up my order and processed it in a few minutes. For my first order, I placed it in mid-August and it is now almost 20 weeks later and I still have not received it. I hope the sofa and bed are worth the wait!

Rove customer service was extremely helpful. I would say it was excellent. Jessica almost spent 2 hrs patiently on phone to work on our order. They also honor 20% voucher even after the expiration period. Looking forward to the Dresden sofa. Wish lead time for furniture was short. Thanks

First time I placed an order on your website and I did become a member because the quality of your items and customer reviews were very helpful in making my purchase. The ordering process was a little complicated as the number of items was confusing and the description could have been more definitive such as white ? Should say white base and black should say cushion. Otherwise a overall great experience.

My experience with Rove Concepts has been good thus far. Chat feature makes it easier to have your questions answered quickly. Payment was easy and love the video feature per product.

The chair we received are beautifully made. Such excellent quality and are beautiful. We love them and the ordering and delivery process was east and wonderful. One chair we received had a blemish on the leather that we could not clean out. The service department heard our claim and helped us out immediately. We had another replacement ordered within 24 hours. Excellent service and quality I would recommend their products to anyone !

Purchased the Asher bedroom collection. Very excited to see the furniture in person, as the photos on the website were stunning! There were great reviews on your website so I am hoping the quality exceeds expectations. I would highlight that a lot of your products are pre-order only, so it takes quite some time for products to ship. Also, the shipping fees charged by you is also very high. You charge shipping based on the original price of the furniture (not the purchase price). A lot of other furniture companies offer free shipping after you reach a certain threshold, so it may be something you should consider to increase sales. I would definitely consider purchasing additional items if your shipping wasn’t so high.
