Online shopping was a tad slow to load between pages albeit quality photos and detailed descriptions. Shipping seems to be Rove’s biggest problem. Super slow, expensive and the multiple carriers involved makes it that much more problematic if there is any damage. If Rove can improve shipping, it is definitely worth a repeat buy.

saw this table at a friend's house and loved it. good quality, plenty of storage for snack :) one nit: it'd better that any status change of an order is communicated to customers, e.g., via email.

This is the third item we buy through your website and in the previous times we got help through the live support, providing guidance on what to choose and even if it will look great with other items. This time we bought this table quickly and the information was complete with enough detail to order it without any help. Thank you

The counter stools we ordered were exactly what we were looking for our new home. We are looking forward to receiving the items. The online ordering process was straight forward. Although the long delivery time of 14-20 weeks for a custom order will not affect us very much because our new home won't be ready for 16 weeks, this may be an issue for most people. Perhaps have more variations in stock may help. Option to pick up the items at the store in Los Angeles for no cost would be nice if possible. Also, for the extended protection, it would be good to get all the details of the coverage as a link in website. It seemed like only a few examples were provided. I wanted to know whether other things such as cushions being flattened prematurely was covered. I didn't want to call the number for more details as that would take more time and I was ordering my items at 9:30pm and the representative was probably not available at the time.

Great looking products and have had good experiences in the past even if there were issues with the item (due to shipping damage). Highly recommend. The website also looks great though it is painfully slow.

I stumbled upon the Noah sofa online and knew it's what I wanted for my new home! I was having trouble deciding on an upholstery fabric so I requested a few swatches and they arrived in just a few days. I placed the order in time to take advantage of the Boxing Day sale and also signed up for the Rove member program. Excited to receive my sofa and to continue shopping with Rove - they made the shopping process very simple.
