We came across Rove Concepts after extensively searching for new living room furniture on the other online furniture sites. The style and design quality of Rove concepts was better than what the others had to offer including being comparable if not better on costs. We became members with our first purchase of the Porter sectional and are now hooked with the added benefits on top of the membership program discounts - especially the voucher incentive which allowed us to purchase a whole suite of additional furniture maintaining the same budget. We look forward to receiving our orders and will update once the furniture arrives (hopefully in perfect condition).

This is my first time purchasing furniture online. The website made it easy and the help line answered all my questions. Cannot wait to see the sofa in person.

I was a little frustrated to find out that the store voucher only lasts 6 months. Otherwise great customer service. Very happy with previous product and excited to receive the next one.

Seamless experience. Very easy to find everything on the website, and great items! We caught the Boxing Day sale, and the outdoor furniture we wanted was available! Very excited for the next purchase. The members program is a great incentive to get those pieces you really want!

There was a glitch during the checkout process (20% member discount applied after voucher instead of before) but after talking to one of the sales assistants, they were able to create a custom quote with the accurate price. Looking forward to receiving my product!

We have been following Rove Concepts for years and love their curated catalog of contemporary solutions; albeit, the pricing is a bit steep (for us). Fortunately, we received a monetary gift at Christmas and decided to invest in a new couch (Anderson in Cobalt Blue Velvet). We are also considering the matching Anderson chairs; however, they are no longer in stock and we are waiting for them to be re-stocked. That was somewhat disappointing; however, we know it's a busy time of the year in terms of liquidating inventory. We had a good experience with the Concierge chat and contacted them multiple times as we explored the Rove Concepts website; however, we are still waiting to hear back re: emails that we sent to Concierge, Sales and Media teams (likely delayed responses due to seasonality/time of year). The Concierge was helpful for basic Q&A and even went as far to share opinions with us; however, they are not Interior Decorators and do not appear to have any on staff which is too bad. That would definitely be an opportunity to add value for customers. Unfortunately, due to the pandemic, the best we could get for shipping was the standard shipping; however, we would have really appreciated the white glove service (an extra charge) so that we would have had help getting the couch up a flight of stairs. Not much we can do about that at this time, unfortunately. Considering the cost of these solutions, we would have also really appreciated free shipping; however, we understand that this cost of doing business if often passed down to customers or built into the price so we appreciate the transparency regardless. Offering fabric protection prior to shipping (ie. Scotch Guard or whatever else is more appropriate depending on the material) would have also been appreciated as we want to protect our investment and make sure that our Anderson Cobalt Blue Velvet couch lasts a lifetime. We are looking forward to our new couch and the evolution of our living room space as we can afford to add pieces and as they become available. I love your products. I appreciate the authentic design and quality of manufacturing. I find your website comprehensive and I love the selections and ease of browsing through products. I found several pieces of furniture that I liked and felt well informed about materials, quality and dimensions before purchasing so that I could make the right decision. During check out I had to refresh my info a few times for my order go through. This took some time but in the end it all went through and I look forward to the arrival of my furniture. I do find the shipping quite expensive and almost reconsidered my purchase because of shipping costs. In the end I justified this expense with the credit voucher I received from being a member. I hope that some less expensive shipping options could be available in the future. On another note, I have ordered furniture in the past that have held up so well and have remained in near perfect shape over the two years that I have owned them. Thank you!
