Payment Page was difficult to use and Shipping fee was high
The payment form was difficult to use and had to refresh many times to get it to work. Otherwise, good experience as I was already a member. Some free shipping would have been the best especially for our inability to travel to Vancouver due to Covid to pick up.
Not perfect experience
I have ordered a number of items from the website. Up till today, it has been very easy to navigate; however the “member discount” is confusing; the annual membership expiration date doesn’t seem to be a full year (ie I bought dec 27 but my membership expires Nov2021?!?); the estimated date on website doesn’t line up with date noted in the shopping cart/payment page. These issues negatively impacted what has been to date a fairly positive experience. I was actually intending to order a custom coffee table and ottoman however didn’t because It wasn’t clear to me when I could pick up the items separately. This is unfortunate as the product quality has been good. I hope this continues to be the case with the couch I recently ordered.

We love Rove and are excited to continue to support. However, the website is very slow and there could be a bit more clarity on things like the 20% voucher and what that looks like. I am a Rove member and I see that benefit applied at checkout. I thought the voucher would also be applied at check out rather than being an amount in my account that I can use at another time. Could have used more clarity there.

Beautiful website and products
Beautiful website. Easy to find what I was looking for. The only difficulties was enrolling for the membership program from my iPhone 8 Plus. The enroll button to submit was at the very bottom of my screen and sometimes would disappear making it hard to push. Otherwise, everything has been great and I’m looking forward to my new outdoor lounge chairs!
