Website experience was good but not…

Website experience was good but not great. -No link to your B2B site for me, a designer, so I Googled it myself and then saw that the waiting period takes time to get approved and it was not clear what the discount would be or how long approval would take, and if all items were eligible. I called and you were closed on Christmas Eve so I had to buy retail since only 2 were left of the item I wanted. Very disappointing. -The bottom of the screen on your website shakes during navigation. -It has been 2 days, and I still do not have verification of when my purchase will be shipped, and I need that info and am used to getting that fast from other vendors and websites. -Because I don't have shipping info from you, I don't have the 20% off voucher. I would like to use it. -The 20% off voucher is good but shipping is more expensive than the actual cost of many of the items themselves!

good site and products, but...

The website is easy to follow and shop for, however there a lot of items either out of stock but in 'sale' status, which makes no sense. Also, the shipping costs are really high - I got a few chairs and the shipping cost was $129!!!

Wonderful shopping experience

Hi, I recently makes an order for some dining chairs for our new home. We had some question regarding the shipping process and the customer service was very helpful answering my questions and in a very prompt manner. Aside from that, the website is very easy to navigate and making ordering a breeze. Overall it was a pleasant purchasing experience, I highly recommend them.

If you need a new vacation property, order pillows

I ordered 4 pillows in gorgeous Solstice velvet. They appear to be of excellent quality, dog hair wipes right off despite my concerns, and overall they exceed expectation. I’ve docked one star from a perfect rating because the box these four tiny pillows shipped in was ridiculously excessive. Like I’m talking you could easily have fit 2 mid-size bikes, three basketballs, a blow-up doll and a golden retriever in there, and still have had room left for the pillows. The perfect box to jump out of to scare your friends, and roomy enough to double as a lake house, but from an environmental and plain old practical standpoint the extreme boxing employed here was weird and wasteful as well as inconvenient. I’ll definitely be ordering again from Rove (in fact I already have), I just hope next time my shipment will save a little on the ole tree murdering, and arrive in a box that is more suited to the dimensions of its contents.

Purchased a new dining table

Purchased a new dining table. If it looks as good in persona son the website we'll be very happy. Like the broad suite of photos and occasional video you have for each product. Very helpful to see each in different settings.

Good customer service

There was a miscommunication between Rove and the delivery company where I received any emails saying the delivery company would be reaching out to me with a day or two to schedule the delivery. I didn't hear from the company for over a week and reached out to them to hear Rove had not contacted them. I reached out to Rove who scheduled it immediately after. Upon delivery of the 6 chairs I ordered, one was damaged. Customer service scheduled delivery of a replacement chair right away. Customer service was prompt with their responses and very helpful. The only hiccups were the initial delay between Rove and the delivery company and the damaged item.

Good; but some tips to make it great!

I was shopping for Rove Concept pillows and found the search function very helpful. It took me directly to all the pillows. It had all the available and custom fabrics clearly shown and listed the average dates of arrival for each fabric. You could also look at the sizes of pillow. One thing I did notice, that if you are shopping for a couch or sectional, you really have to look and read deep to find out how many pillows you will get with your purchase. It also does not tell you what size pillows you will get ( rectangular or square, 18x18 or 23x23..etc) You also are not able to mix and match fabrics/colors of pillows or even types of pillows with your couch/sectional purchase. I wish that was an option. The web page also still ‘stutters “ when scrolling. The chat feature is nice-when available. It was over the holidays and I had a time sensitive question. I did use the ‘contact us’ to send out an email which I immediately received a response stating that someone would get back to me within 24-48 hours. For me; in my particular situation- that didn’t help. However, I had bought something from Rove Concepts and I had my very own personal concierge. So I contacted him. Within hours he had helped me with my issue! I was so grateful that Rove Concept has this feature! All in all the online shopping experience was nice and informative as well as user friendly. There are some things I wish were added to the site: 1) State amount and sizes of pillows received with furniture purchases 2) Allow mix and match of pillow colors/fabrics/sizes to purchases 3) Place a Cancel order button on the site, it only explains the reason you can cancel but does not tell you how! 4) Have chat function available 24/7. Even the phone number doesn’t get you to anyone on holidays- it refers you to email or online chat ( which isn’t there)

Great furniture design but

Love the furniture design and the customer service is excellent but, especially on the padded DSW chairs, the build isn't that great. I've replaced my DSW chair 3 times because one of the leg keeps breaking at different points and for different reason. Really weird issue but customer service has been great about it every single time.

Strange ordering experience

Great styles at reasonable prices but the voucher system limitations and shipping charges felt a bit inefficient... Order 4 chairs and apply the voucher to item number 5 but pay 2 shipping charges.

Eagerly awaiting “white glove” service!

I’m still awaiting delivery for my products but everyone I’ve spoken to on the phone was knowledgeable and courteous. Unfortunately, there are delays due to covid which is disappointing but understandable. I look forward to rating the “white glove” service when my furniture arrives. Happy Holidays!
