Great Selection!

Excellent service. The reps new the products, when asked for a sample the nice lady sent me real, live pictures to my email. I wanted to take advantage of the sale and she helped me out ... only down fall, long time for delivery.

The website is very nice. However: - there are issues with iPad and it doesn’t offer all the options (such as checking the wish list) - more importantly I was being overcharged (each item price was correct but total amount was too high—didn’t match). After a few hours I tried again and it worked but it was frustrating especially since one of the items was the last one available.

The Dresden Modular Sectional arrived and is a very nice sectional and we are pleased with the product quality and are excited to receive the other 2 chairs and sofa we have on order and we would order from Rove again. Matt

I ordered six of the Tulip Side Chairs and three wishbone barstools. It has only been a couple of weeks and so far everything is functioning properly and I am very happy with the quality and look of the chairs and stools. I have a genuine Saarinen Tulip Table and I was concerned the tulip chairs might not measure up, but they look great with the table and I don't think anyone would know the difference. My only complaint was that delivery took much longer than expected and there is no way to call Rove to speak to a live person to get updated. The online Concierge was helpful in finally contacting the shipper to provide up to date delivery information. Overall, I am happy with my furniture and would order from Rove again.

Beautiful stools. One got damaged and the staff were very helpful and replaced it. Can’t say enough good things.

Overall experience is good, customer service in general is quick enough for live chat. Styles are really good and the reason why I purchased online, hopefully to have a little bit more style or material options for wood or dining table

Having moved back to Canada after living in London for a few years, I was keen to find a place in North America to buy mid-century modern and Scandinavian inspired furniture. Glad to have found this website. Easy to navigate and a good selection of products. Will be returning.
