The website is easy to use. I was able to order one more counter wishbone chair to fit my new kitchen island. I love the style and price of this chair. It’s modern & comfortable. It’s a great way to update my kitchen.

Very elegant

Five stars for numerous reasons. First, hands down, five stars for the experience. During the pandemic i ordered sofas from two other companies who listed their sofas as “in stock and ready to ship.” After a month with no word from the first company, I was at least able to cancel my order for a full refund without too many man hours on my part but I was a month behind and starting over. Then I ordered from a second company, and I hope I can say in print, the second one was West Elm, and that experience was utterly deplorable and though legal, was not ethical. I spent many hours on many phone calls trying to get a refund for a sofa that was going to be delayed by FOUR MONTHS. They could not have made it more difficult. I will not shop with them again. I won’t elaborate because this isn’t about them. And then came Rove Concepts. Third time was the charm. Their in stock and ready to ship sofas were indeed in stock and ready to be shipped. And they were shipped! Two days later! Of course the shipping company lost my sofas but they did eventually arrive and Rove was true to its word. A miracle these days! Second, I am very pleased with the quality given the price. These sofas are HEAVY (yay!), sturdy and true to description. Sadly, all of these things are rare today, but not so with Rove Concepts. Until the pandemic, I wasn’t one to leave reviews but I have done a LOT of shopping since being grounded (since I couldn’t take a vacation I spent that money giving my home a spa treatment) and I have been frustrated and disgusted by the business tactics of many companies. I absolutely understand that covid-19 means businesses are left scrambling, that deliveries will be late, that patience and understanding are necessary because it is what it is....but I am NOT okay with companies that make themselves IMPOSSIBLE to reach, leave the customer hanging with no answers to unkept promises and who refuse to cancel an order when they are unable to fulfill it and unwilling to explain themselves. There have been several exceptions to this disappointment and Rove Concepts is absolutely one of them. They will be getting my business again. As a matter of fact, they already have; I’ve bought two more items from them. Reasonable prices, quality items, good communication, timely delivery. And my neighbor, an interior designer, saw the Rove Concepts boxes on the curb today and texted me to say, “I love Rove Concepts; good choice,” Yes, five stars from this contented customer.

Every interaction whether placing our order online, phone follow-up or email has been handled with efficiency, professionalism and concern for our satisfaction. Very happy with their Customer Service.

Overall it was okay but the delivery fee was way too expensive. With the high delivery cost, the value for the money may not be there for me.

Easy ordering and delivery scheduling. Always great communication. And, the products I have ordered from Rove have always arrived in perfect condition, and look gorgeous!

Just received the first of many pieces of furniture from Rove and couldn’t be happier. The quality of the material and the craftsmanship is superb. I can’t wait for the the rest of the products to arrive.

I bought two white management office chairs (highback) from Rove. Shipment took a bit long (likely due to the holiday season), but other than that, everything went very smoothly. The chair is easy to assemble and with very good quality!

Good overall, but was told shipping said would be much sooner than in reality.

Fantastic and high-quality furnitures! I ordered Milo Modular Sectional and the Aubrey Side Chairs and they all look really good! Excellent value for money in my opinion compared to other high end furniture sellers. Definitely worth the membership! I was a bit skeptical of the delivery as I read several reviews about bad delivery. However, mine was so quick and smooth. No issues at all (that being said, I live in Vancouver, BC and their warehouse is in Delta so it's a local delivery). The white glove delivery is definitely worth it for big items. I'm still waiting for Chloe Bed, Asher Nightstand, and Evelyn Dining Table. Would definitely consider Rove Concepts for our furniture purchases in the future. I wish they have more options for TV stands!
