My buying experience was effortless and quick! The website is detailed and easy to navigate. I had one question, which was answered promptly through the chat box. Good selection and great customer service!

Easy to navigate the site and place an order however I'm regretting signing up to use Klarna as I have no idea how to make sure payments are set up automatically to ensure I will not incur any late fees. I've logged into their site and there is no history of me purchasing anything through the app- it's pretty confusing and has me worried that I will miss a payment because I'll forget to keep checking the site for when my purchase has posted to the Klarna account.

Just placed my second order with Rove - this time for a dining table and chairs. After searching high and low for THE table that I didn't know I was looking for, I finally found what I love at Rove! Only reason for the 4 stars is that by the time I purchased my cart items, the chairs had gone back up in price. So happy with first order I know I'll be happy again!

I ordered few items and overall happy with the order, I reached out to representative to ask about sofa size and fit and got answers quickly. I ordered during Black Friday and the web site was quite slow

Just placed our second order. We were pleased with the quality of our first purchase, so we decided to try again. The website worked smoothly, but it could be a bit more friendly - there are no editing links for addresses on the cart review page which requires one to go back to make any changes. Also noted that PO Boxes are not accepted for billing addresses: shipping addresses are understandable, but billing to PO Boxes is common. Otherwise all went smoothly and we look forward to receiving our order. One last comment: your “flat rate” shipping costs are not so flat when shipping addresses are located in areas that your transport company does not directly service. We ship to our son’s address because our zip code (less than an hour away) adds $100 to the cost! We are in Washington State, not Alaska, Hawaii, or the east coast.

I had some questions about a pending order and swatches. The representative was friendly, helpful and professional.

I can't find better design than their furniture. I believe the price is also fair compare to many Italian designer furniture. Down sides are their selections are not enough and stocks are pretty limited and it may take months to receive the item but that is same for imported furniture. Honestly more than half of their selections can come into my home anyway. Absolutely love them.

I had multiple delays getting the items I ordered. It was really frustrating. The Rove team was always pleasant and helpful but were not authorized to offer discounts or remove shipping costs to compensate, which was both disappointing and very different from their competitors.

I'm a member of Rove Concepts.. which is honestly the only good way to go about purchasing their furniture reasonably (Maybe if you're stacked you can afford it otherwise - but that's your business not mine) - but the customer service has been incredible. Their online chat support is extremely useful when asking question about products, stocking, shipping, etc. I've purchased the Hunter Bed, & Porter Sofa & each exceeded my quality expectations! I have the Hunter Nightstand on its way to my apartment as well!

I love the style, craftsmanship and value of Rove’s furniture and decor. The customer service is second to none too.
