I bought 6 chairs that were on sale. When I added them to my cart, only a few were discounted. I called customer service and they immediately applied the sale price to all 6 items. They also changed the shipping to local pick up. It was quick and pleasant.
Beautiful and fast!
We got the Evelyn dinning table and Aubrey Armchairs. Definitely love them and they are so beautiful and modern. They made our dinning room very nice. There was one chair damaged when delivered but customer service sent the replacement very quick. Definitely recommended Rove concepts.

Experience so far has been great! Website is easy to navigate. Concierge has been fairly helpful over the online chat. Wait time can be a bit long for non in-stock items. Hopefully the quality of the furniture lives up to the beautiful pictures on the website.

High quality products and service, worth the shipping.
Shipping was a little on the pricey side, but customer support was prompt and helpful. Competitors offer cheaper shipping options (and sometimes free shipping), but I'm not sure if the quality is on par. I know some of the product photos on other online retailers show sagging upholstery and uneven stitching. The quality of our Luca sofa is great (no upholstery issues), and the thickness of Rove's plush velvet exceeds that of competitors - which is why we purchased from them after comparing fabric swatches from multiple retailers.
The purchasing process can be a bit clunky at times, especially with the convoluted membership discount and vouchers. However, Rove's customer service took care of any issues promptly - you just have to make the effort to reach out to them (and double check your order invoice). No comments on durability or the returns process though, as I've not had to test either of these two out yet.
Great value for the money
Products are well above average in terms of design and quality for the price. Excellent value. You would really have to spend a lot more to move up a notch. Customer service can be a little slow sometimes but is capable and helpful. I found lots of issues with delayed shipping and back ordered items but I think everyone is struggling with supply chain issues because of the pandemic. Definitely worth a try.
