Great Customer serviceI received great customer service from this company Thank you very much for your help.I ordered 3 outdoor camping chairs from this company and they took the money out the same day. They haven't responded to any of my emails. I I They gave me a tracking number but it doesn’t belong to any shipping company have not recieved my chair. Multiple emails go unanswered can't access the order not one response! Trying to get a refund i went on the google internet and i found this number which was i do the research about company and i found this number which was+1---Eight Four Five seven Nine five Three zero nine Nine - I contacted them when my line was connected they helped me some with instructions so that got my money back thanks for great service They have Customer service is great!I found it easy to raise this issue with staff

I have had great expereinces with ordering from Rove Concepts. All of the items arrive are beautiful and are well made.

Website is very easy to use. I ordered sample fabrics which came very fast so I was able to order.

Rove Concepts provided thoughtful virtual guidance throughout selection and ordering process. The entire experience from decision making to checking out was easy and fun.

Shopping the site was easy, but it would have been nice to see images of the different chair colour combinations rather than just colour swatches, to enable picturing the finished product more easily. My initial purchase failed as my credit card blocked it as a potential fraudulent charge, but I was able to verify it with my bank and complete the purchase. I got an email from Rove the following day, which may have been helpful if I hadn't already completed the purchase, and another telling me to disregard the previous email. Going forward, it may be better for your team to investigate that the purchase hasn't already been completed rather than sending out a series of emails. (Though they were very polite!). Overall, it was a fine experience, and I would consider purchasing from Rove again so long as the products don't take to long to arrive, and I am happy with them.

The site was easy to navigate and checking out was simple. There was an issue with a particular item in my cart but the online customer service was quick to resolve the issue (i thought I was talking to a bot at first so my answers were all very curt.. oops turns out it wasn’t a bot). 5/5 great experience

Website was easy to navigate and had good images of the product I was looking for. The member pricing was better than I could find elsewhere, but I did have to purchase a membership. The products appear to be good quality and unique.
