Great selection of modern Italian and mid-century modern furniture at an accessible price. After looking at other brands I kept coming back for the seeming quality (have not received outdoor furniture order yet) combined with the sleek and well thought-out design with attention to details. The hardest part is waiting for my items to arrive as some were on pre-order two months out! I do wish items would ship as they are available but understand the savings with grouping all order items into a single shipment. Also wish the voucher was available upon order, instead of having to wait until my order is shipped. The timeframe of our project is held up by this annoying detail. I had some questions when ordering and after calling and getting an auto response that they had a higher than usual call volume and that online chat agents were available, I went to the online chat and a representative was helpful and quickly answered all of my questions. I also ordered free fabric swatches for sofa, dining table and chairs I plan to order in the future. The swatches arrived within a few days of ordering. Great service and online shopping experience so far. Excited to receive my items and will leave another review when I do!

Purchased the Milo sectional . Gorgeous set very spacious and luxurious look and feel. Better in real life than in the pictures. No surprises. Only concern is delivery. Paid for white glove service and did not get that. Not Rove’s fault, but should look into Avenue moving. Way better company. Will and have bought from Rove since last purchase. A+

For 5+ years I looked for the perfect dining chairs. I finally found them at ROVE. I ordered side, arm, and counter height stools (for my kitchen island). The chairs took a long to arrive, similar to lots of things with COVID. When they did arrive there was a slight difference in the stain on some of the chairs, which was disappointing. But when I brought it to ROVE's attention they 'stood on their head' to address my disappointment. The service they provided was OUTSTANDING. I will definitely order from ROVE again...and again.

I’m rating this company based on 2 things: customer service and product quality. 1. Customer service: the sales process was easy. You call and place an order or you just buy online. The sales team is quick to respond just as expected. But once you receive the product and having an issue and, it’s quite difficult and a lengthy process to get a hold of anyone to help. They take days to response to your inquiries and take days to reply. Very disappointing and annoying! I can’t believe they’re that busy that cannot response within a 24-hr window. 2. Product quality: the sectional I received was pretty nice and fairly well made overall. However, the packaging left some of the cushions dented and it’s impossible to get the dents out from from a velvet sofa. They’re there permanently. I am now stuck looking at my dented ottoman for years to come. Another disappointing thing!
