I didn’t need help with picking out my bed. I liked how the website was easy to navigate. I can’t say much about the bed I just got since it still hasn’t come yet but we’ll see. The items from the website looked like it was good quality though.

We bought 4 upholstered dining chairs. We are very happy with the fabric and the comfort. 1 year later, one of them broke. The chair was fully covered under warranty and we were given a new chair. Terrific outcome.

Easy shopping experience, beautifully designed products!

We absolutely adore these chairs. We got the pale, natural wood with the bright white covers. The fabric feels just like real leather, not like cheap plastic, it is actually soft to the touch. We have not had any major issues and we have now made four separate orders over the last year. We are looking forward to going back for more of these chairs as well as matching stools! :)

Love the heaviness and durability of the bar stools. The brass is absolutely beautiful. The only not so perfect thing is the color. I ordered gray and the color looks more greige. I wanted a true gray color. Other than that, the stools are stunning and will look beautiful up against the bar.

Beautiful chair! Ordered this for my dining room in the blue velvet color. It’s rich and elegant, and very comfortable. The back of the chair is slightly on the lower end, but I find it to be comfortable regardless. I get many compliments on this chair.

I'm still waiting on the remainder of my order but Rove has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. Customer service has been stellar under these unprecedented circumstances everyone has had to deal with, in regards to the pandemic with shipping delays and reduced staff and safety measures. I've been on the lookout lately as to what their new products are so I can purchase from them again. I love the pieces that have arrived, the craftsmanship has been solid, delivery has been a breeze.

The sofa is gorgeous! I can't wait to see it installed in my client's apartment.

The Noah Sectional is great and the modern felt fabric is cat friendly, so no complaints there which is why this review gets 3 stars instead of 2. Unfortunately, the dining table experience (we ordered the Evelyn) has been abysmal. The table is not steady, (it only takes 1 finger to make it wobble,) even after applying felt feet, and the base has some blemishes in the wood. Customer service is giving us the run around with resolving this issue. We've had to submit photos, videos, try different felt feet of different thicknesses, check to make sure the screws are secured correctly, etc. We've also been in touch with at least 3 different customer service agents, both by phone and email. We paid an exorbitant amount for white glove delivery, and it seems like we are the ones handling the white glove and handling the customer service! We consistently have to follow up with Rove Concepts to find out about the status of this table. They offered a partial refund of 25%, but this does not resolve the wobbly issue of the table base. If the integrity of the structure is compromised, we'd rather have no refund and instead a replacement base, which has been made abundantly clear to Rove several times already. I am a residential interior designer and would like to sell their products to my clients because the styles are great and the prices are reasonable, but if I'm going to have to deal with this headache for half of the orders, it simply isn't worth it.

Although the marble top arrived cracked (marble is notoriously hard to ship) the items themselves are really nice and I highly recommend them as a source! Rove has been great helping to get us the replacement part, their customer service is very efficient.
