quality of products is good except there seems a fairly low standard in regard to consistency of stain in wood products. I was advised "up to 20% variability is to be expected." This is not very good quality control in production. the problem is not variability in the wood, it is variability in staining. this makes getting matches tenuous at best, even for products ordered at the same time, made with the same wood, and described as being the same wood stain (in my case walnut stain on ash). oddly, I was also told that despite knowing about the 20% variability, orders are not inspected before leaving the warehouse, which would seem an obvious way of trying to improve customer satisfaction. when their was a terrible match in my first order it took a fair bit of time to secure replacement, but ultimately replacement was offered at no charge to me. sadly, even the replacement of mismatched items did not match, but it was an improvement and something I realize i will need to accept as odds are I won't get a match. the chairs are otherwise of good quality - solid and attractive. Shipping was high and things did arrive without damage, which is obviously a good thing when ordering online.

I ordered 6 Aubrey dining chairs because I loved the look and the quality of them. I took a chance on the comfort fctor as I had never actually sat in one. However: I was pleasantly surprised as they are extreemly comfortable. One chair was a bit "off". The seat did not sit quite right on the frame. I sent pictures and an explaination to Rove and they replaced the chair imeditately, they also told me to keep the irregular chair (which I will use at my desk) it worked out great. Customer service was awsome and very helpful. The delivery guys were friendly, obliging and pleasant. I am happy with my experience with Rove and love my Aubrey chairs. I quite like rove. Great if you want high end stuff, but a little less expensive than crate and barrel, customer service was acrually quite good when I needed something replaced. Shipping price was insulting high so I picked it up myself.

While I do believe that the website is easy to use, I am deeply disappointed by the exclusions regarding what kind of furniture I am able to use my voucher on. I consider a mirror to be a piece of furniture ESP if its a floor mirror and Iam now feeling betrayed with this policy of calling a mirror an accessory.

I am really impressed with the way it looks especially since the photos made the colour of the wood look a little faded and grey. It was definitely a little difficult to put together.

The Isabella outdoor chairs are beautiful and so comfortable. It was a great experience with the rep and delivery. There was a tiny flaw where the paint chipped away and appears to be touched up with a white that is not completely the same as the original in the area where the leg meets the underside of the seat. I filed a claim online and Rove came us options that we are happy with to resolved the issue. So Overall a great experience and beautiful product!

I think overall rove provided pretty good service! I took off one star because I had a couple technical issues, but they were accommodating after the fact: - I upgraded my delivery type from threshold to white glove, and there was miscommunication between rove and the delivery company which I had to help facilitate - Received one of my items with missing parts but they responded quickly and mentioned they'll be sending me the pieces - Difficult to reach customer service (never got a response by phone or email, and limited hours available via chat) Furniture came out super nice! But I'd say no other website I've purchased from has such high and strict rules on delivery costs. All items in one order can only be shipped in one shipment regardless of the extremely high shipping costs.

I recently received my Rove Pavilion Daybed in black and white pony hair. Yes, it took a long time to receive, but not much longer than promised and the pandemic is likely impacting production and delivery. Bottom line is that the daybed exceeded expectations. It was easy to put together, is extremely well constructed and is definitely original. It's definitely a little hard so I doubt you could spend a comfortable night sleeping but we bought it for sitting.
