High quality, would definitely recommend!
We have loved the multiple pieces of furniture we have purchased from Rove Concepts. All very well made and have a high end quality look to them. We had a couple of pieces damaged during shipping and Rove Concept helped us get those items replaced in a very timely manner. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the market for new furniture.
Good website, customer service needs work
The website is easy to use, but I had some questions and could not get through to customer service on the phone. There is a long delay to get an email response.
I paid for white glove service
I paid for white glove service, the shipping took a week longer than originally quoted, the 3 large boxes are still sitting my in living room a week later because the delivery guy said he was only hire to leave it at front door. They will not be put together until the coffee table finally arrives I ordered in a different shipment . This will be 3 weeks later than I was told and many minutes/hours on the phone with you and shipping company to figure this out.
The media console was also damaged when it arrived. I’m sure Some/most of this was not your fault. However you need to partner with better delivery companies. I hope to be able to leave a better review once it is put together and the other pieces aren’t damaged.

Great website and great options. Just wish it weren't going to take 3 months for me to get the product - as it's an outdoor product so it'll be ready just when summer is ending. Also, providing an option to buy covers for the outdoor products would be nice.

Thrilled with my tulip table
Thrilled with my tulip table - but first Marble top game in broken in pieces. Freight company not surprised- it does happen due to packing. I suggest you pay the freight guys some $ + a bottle of water! to get them to unpack on your porch. Mine had ‘concealed damage’. Rove did send a replacement top quickly.
The furniture was great but shipping sucks.
The furniture was great, but shipping company was terrible. They are hard to contact and lost one of my item. Rove Concepts replaced the lost piece, and their customer support was quite helpful. The shipping company was difficult to work with tho.

I fell in love with the Norman counter…
I fell in love with the Norman counter stool, after months of research I made the purchase. The stools arrived ahead of delivery ( during the midst of a pandemic) which was very impressive. I did have a chair that never arrived with the others. Rove's customer service was very responsive and rectified the issue swiftly.
The chairs are beautiful and I'm overall happy with my purchase. I'm already eyeing my next piece from them

Big, big fan!
I am a big, big fan of Rove's products. My first purchase was the Womb Chair and Ottoman which my family fights over to sit in. They are beautiful, comfortable, well-made and just stunning pieces in our living room. I loved them so much that I ordered 2 Luca couches in the plush velvet, 2 Swan Chairs and and an Egg Chair for my new law firm's offices. Just as stunning. They inspired me to get a Swan Chair to keep the Womb Chair company in my living room. My only complaint is the long lead time for custom orders. Fortunately, they are definitely worth the wait.
Absolutely wonderful experience....
If I could give Rove more positive accolades than five stars, I absolutely would. There was initially an issue with a beautiful bar stool I purchased. Customer service was on it immediately. They extended themselves tremendously and went above and beyond.
My husband and I purchased out first home, and it will be filled with the beautiful modern pieces Rove has to offer. This stems from the support quality of their pieces, and the exemplary stellar customer support they have in play. Thank you for everything!!! We highly recommend Rove!!!

The walnut veneer table was just as nice in person as it was online. Some reviews stated that it was slightly difficult to assemble but we didn’t have that issue. It was light but very sturdy. Very happy with this purchase.

I'm a senior living on pension and have saved up for a new sofa. I've been saving and shopping online for a couple of years. At the beginning of my search, I came across Rove Concepts and instantly fell in love with a few different sofas and sectionals. Unfortunately, the price was prohibitive to my budget. Nevertheless, I kept coming back over and over to dream. The other day I came back and found, to my delight, a sale! In addition to that, I noticed a new membership program. For $50.00 per year. In addition, there was a discount of 20% for members and a 20% voucher for future purchases.
Guess what? I got my sofa! I am so excited for the arrival! I haven't received it yet so I'll come back to add comments to this review when it's delivered. I should mention that I spoke to a customer service representative at the 1-800 number. She, Brianna, was very helpful and answered all my questions.
