I purchased a porter sofa
I purchased a porter sofa. Its very nice looking, very firm not something you'd binge on Netflix with a blanket. I'm disappointed that after you sit on it the material is crumpled, looks like a rag although it does eventually fluff up. If you are going for comfort I would not get this one.

Web site needs to work with "standard" blockers (like firefox's). Otherwise, you have a very nice store- I like most of your designs, prices are reasonable, your website is graphically beautiful, with very clear images and videos of your products, and the salespeople have been universally polite, helpful, and knowledgeable.

What a great and easy experience it was navigating the Rove Concepts site and finding the bedroom bench I've been looking for on other sites -- but not finding. I would do business with Rove again in a heartbeat and I look forward to having the Pavilion bench in my home.

Decent
Good experience overall. We got a hunter bed in king size. When we opened up the box 2 of the headboard pieces and the footboard are damaged on the side pretty badly. We contacted the customer service and they set up a replacement within two days with free delivery. Haven’t got the replacement yet but hopefully they come fast and in good condition this time. I was really excited about the bed, too bad I had to wait a bit longer to assemble it.
Otherwise, the pieces that are not damaged are great quality and looks beautiful!

We ordered a dining table recently and had a great experience. Website is easy to use, photos and detailed information is easy to find and we were able to take advantage of a sale too! Real test will be the delivery and quality of the table when it arrives. If all is good, I have my eye on a couple of other pieces.

We had no issue navigating the website and ordering our couch. I did wish they had mock up photos of the Noah Sofa in all of the custom fabrics but we did find the Noah Sectional did have more mock up pictures of the custom fabrics so just used our imagination a little. Looking forward to receiving our new sofa!
