The customer representatives were helpful in finding out the height of the chairs.

The website info gets a bit confusing sometimes because at checkout it shows that your credits can be applied but somehow at the end it shows the full price - hence the confusion about whether or not the credits were applied and how much the actual amount was that was charged on your credit card. Wrote an email to Rove Concepts and they were very prompt in explaining as well as apologetic for the confusion. We liked the 'Masters Chairs' from our first order that we decided to order two more!

I placed a custom order and they were able to efficiently answer my questions with respect to product features/details. The first associate I interacted with in the online chat created a quote containing the items I was interested in ordering, which guaranteed Black Friday pricing for 2 additional weeks. This is a great way of doing business and showcases the company’s commitment to potential customers. I’m very pleased with both the pricing of my items and the order process but I can’t comment on the quality of the items themselves as I have yet to receive them. I trust that the items I purchased will meet my expectations based on my experience thus far.

Apart from seamless ordering, order processing, and prompt and honest ship times and dates, Rove Concepts is special because it seems like one of few sites willing to provide some context to your purchasing decision. When buying chairs and whatnot for many hundreds of dollars, it's kind of wonderful to have so much in the way of historical fact (if it's a recreation of a classic design) and info on design in general.

This was the third order to Rove Concepts. Very positive response. Excellent quality items, well packaged and transported, and delivered in a timely fashion. Shipping was a bit expensive (no equivalent to amazon prime)
