My online experience was absolutely seamless. I was able to find exactly what I wanted. The only thing is that initially on the home page I just noticed that it said get 30% off. I never realized until later that it was actually 15% on current purchase and a 15% store voucher for future purchases. I tried asking staff if they could just do 30% in total but they couldn't. Oh well. Still love my purchase.

The weight of each piece indicates the wood used in the frame and the base pillows are firm and will keep their form, yet the side pillows are obviously feather / down and compliment with some softness. I live remotely so I picked up the order at your warehouse and this was straight forward and your handlers were professional and considerate. I came to your store for personal use however I will not hesitate to use your products professionally in the future.
