Both ordering and delivery of my bed was seamless. I have to keep in the box because we aren’t ready to set it in the bedroom due to construction but I can’t wait to see what it looks like and order again from Rove!

The sofa is beautiful, sits comfortably and we are in love with it! Only the return policy (we ordered the wrong side) is a bit complicated.

I've bought a tv stand, dinner table, and a small side table, bed and nightstands. pros: - Furniture are very good quality, well built, delivery packaged well and not likely to be damaged when delivered - furniture style is mostly very good and definitely a good option if you have the budget and want to upgrade from Ikea - customer service is friendly and patient with answering questions and handling requests cons: - shipping cost is calculated based on the total cost of the order, which I think can be improved so that it would be based on the size and weight of the items. For two sofas that are over and under $3000 but have similar weight and size, the shipping cost varies quite a bit - no showroom anywhere to try out the furniture before buying, this prevented me from buying a sofa

Ordering from rove concepts was super easy. We had a limited space issue for our sectional and rove was one of the only places we found a great looking sectional that's under 100". The item shipped quickly and we were allowed to pick our delivery day and time window which was super convenient. We love our sofa, super comfy, fits perfectly, My only issue is that the fabric is a little bit more nubby than I wanted, but it's still a super high quality piece!
