Item was in stock and hence fast for pick up. Product look nice but has a minor chip at the bottom of the leg. Not worth it to bring back and return but would be nice if it wasnt damaged.
The marble table top came in a crate to protect the top which is nice but is extremely difficult to dissemble. It took us almost an hour to open up the package. There should be an easier way for customer to unpack their item...

If you are a fan of modern furniture…
If you are a fan of modern furniture design, Rove Concepts may be for you. They offer well-made copies of some iconic designs...made in China, of course, to keep prices moderate. I recently purchased their Wishbone Chairs, and was pleasantly surprised by the sturdy construction, decent finishing, classic design and light weight. As Rove Concepts is an internet-based store, I didn't have the option to sit in the Wishbone Chairs before ordering, but their Customer Service staff responded promptly and politely to my telephone enquiries. The online catalogue is easy to navigate. Ordering wasn't perfect, but it worked. The local pick-up option - if you are lucky enough to live nearby - is great; just don't expect workers in their cavernous warehouse in Richmond to be able to answer the telephone or reply to messages left.
We were unsure about a colour choice…
We were unsure about a colour choice for an "Elliot" sofa... The online chat option evolved to a phone conversation and the remarkably fast delivery of fabric swatches to the exact opposite coast of the country.
Without the level of interest and service shown by your customer service people we likely would have just moved on to other shopping options. Instead we are awaiting our sofa delivery.

I haven't receive my product yet as i just order 2 days ago. But i am very impress that buying furniture online could be so seamless. Every-time i had a question i was able to pop into a chat quickly and customer service was able to answer, which gave me confidence in making a purchase.
