Hal Chairs
I got Hal Chairs. The chairs are beautiful and very comfortable. However, two out of four chairs had small dents on the front of the seat. I have contacted rove sales department and I am waiting to see what the solution is.

Although I haven't yet received the sectional I ordered, their website was easy to navigate through and the order process was smooth. I loved looking at their lookbooks for inspiration...their images are beautifuL! Can't wait to see how the couch looks in our newly renovated main floor.

Great company and quality pieces
Great company and quality pieces. I often rely on Rove Concepts for reproduction pieces for my projects. Oftentimes marble and wood veneer quality on reproduction pieces from other unknown services can be iffy, Rove's attention to detail and quality is superb. Lead time of custom items can take quite a while to to receive, which is the only downside if you have a rush deadline.

Pretty happy with these couches although when putting the legs on one, the holes did not line up with the legs and the leg in the middle leg had nothing to screw into. Cushions are a bit firmer than I like. All colours match with the colour of the couches so decorating around them is easy :

Although I still like the design of the couch I purchased, I noticed that the feathers come out one after another. This is a big disappointment considering the price of the couch. Also, as a delivery option, you should provide customers a service to bring customers purchase to their designated room. Your driver left my couch at my garage, it was quite work to carry it to the living room by 2 of my guy friends.
