Norman chairs.. Like them very much. Good quality. If I had bought in a store I would have matched them better. One has much more striped wood grain.

I just got the chairs today and by the way they were delivered early so it really made it possible for me to get other things done for the time I saved waiting. Thanks for the prompt delivery. I look forward to dealing with Rove in the future.

We love the outdoor furniture we ordered. Unfortunately, the sofa came with a defect as there is a crack in the weld where the leg attaches to the seat chair. We did not notice this until a couple weeks after we had the sofa but we were told that we could not return the item or exchange the item for a new sofa (that we were to report all defects within 2 to 3 days). This is a very poor return/exchange policy. I believe the defect was there when we purchased the item, but even if not, to develop such a crack means the item is not of high quality and an exchange should be permitted given that the time window was so short. I don't know any other furniture store that has such a poor exchange policy.

Like with most things, star ratings don't say it all. Brief: chair is 3.5 stars, RoveConcepts is 4. After falling in love with the Norman Cherner stool, RoveConcepts seemed to have the best price and most reviews for a replica, so I bought three. With a small discount, total came to ~$600 USD shipped. The chairs were delivered in their individual boxes which was pack relatively well. They came fully assembled and looked like that of the website. I would say it's 80% of the original Cherner because these didn't have flared legs and obviously didn't use the expensive wood. But for 1/5th of the price, these do the job. Quality seems good and finish is smooth. When I sat on it, they all creaked a little so I tightened everything up. To my horror (thought not surprised), much of the bolts were not tight. Some could be hand loosened. GASP! But I took care of it. Easy job. My IKEA counter stools are more comfy, but these aren't bad either. Wish shipping was a bit cheaper. $130 for the three boxes...eeeekk! All in all, I'm satisfied and I have $60+ dollars to spend on something else.
