Love their design! I ordered a sectional in exactly the style and color I had in mind. There were several reviews listed for this particular item and they were all extremely positive - otherwise, I would not have considered buying a sectional online. I also like the video that showed how it sits - and that one of the reviewers mentioned it was on the medium-firm side. Very happy to see that there was a sale going on at the time of my purchase : ) Placing the order was super easy and fast, and their chat service was very helpful and quick to respond as well. Very excited and can't wait to receive this item!

easy online experience
made a large (for me) purchase of 6 dining chairs via internet after another online store canceled my order after 11 days because the items were not in stock, and they decided not to stock them anymore. i'd seen them on rove concept's site, but opted to go with the other supplier for price, so when my order got cancelled, checked rove first for replacements, and found them on sale, about the same cost as other store. ordered immediately. shipping is higher, but i feel confident rove will come through for me with a quality product based on reputation alone.

I ordered a set of 4 womb chairs for my front room. I loved this classic design and knew they would make a huge statement in the room. There is obviously a huge cost savings from the name brand versions: I could buy 4 of these for the price of 1 of those! The quality was great, seriously can't tell a difference from others on the market for higher prices.
They came packaged really well, no pallet, but the box was built like a tank and honesty very easy to unpack. Might need two people to help pull the chair out from the top as it is a bit awkward.
I've had them now for almost a year and I am still in love with them. The only challenge is keeping my animals off of them. ;)
WEB-SITE WELL DONE AND GREAT QUALITY BUT LACK IN VARIETY
The web site is very well done and the picture very clear. We would like having bought more but it was not easy to find a credenza, a tv stand and a table all matching for a open space living room. We asked for some variation in the forniture that we liked but it was not possible. In the end, we bought chairs and rugs but we wanted to buy more because the quality of your furniture looks great at a very reasonable price. I made my order only yesterday so I have never touched your quality. I hope I will be able to update this review when I receive my order.
