67" Oval Tulip Table
Purchased the 67" oval tulip table and was hesitant to purchase without knowing how durable the material was. I reached out to the Rove Customer Service team and asked A LOT of questions. The rep was super friendly and willing to help answer my questions and even went to their warehouse to take pictures of the table for me. Delivery of the table was on-time and assembly was super quick. Overall, great experience.

They won't do the price adjustment after 72 hours
They have a new sale right after I purchased my order, I didn't notice until I went back to check the order status. i called the customer service, and they said after 72 hours I placed my order, they cannot do the price adjustment. I thought if in 72 hours they had a new sale, they should do the price adjustment.
Lots of options
The only reason that I'm not giving 5 stars is because of the potentially very long delivery time. Given that it could be much faster than 20 weeks I am happy and the product is well priced.

I've been looking for a couch that fits my super picky and modern aesthetic for a long time now. I've looked at all of the best chains but still couldn't decide.
One day, while wasting time on Instagram, I was served an ad by Rove. Decided to give it a shot and there you have it, finally found my couch!
The sectional is perfect, it's the right size to customize and line a whole room with. The swatch is butter and the color really pops!
At the end of the day, I am really excited that I can finally check off the perfect couch from my list!

Products are good and service is good…
Products are good and service is good but had some issues with getting replacements for my chairs. The paint was off and they said they can’t exchange it and I can use a marker to fix it myself :/ also I don’t undrrstand why they promise $25 credit per review but the customer is unable to use the full credit at the same time. Why would they afford the credit then?

I spent some time looking for the modern look and feel I would like for my new home. I believe I found it in Rove Concepts and I hope I will not be disappointed in the quality, durability and service when the products are delivered.

Interface for shipping estimate could be improved, as the estimated total was based off of the sales price and not the non-sale price...which is confusing. I didn't like having a surprise extra $70 at the end of checkout.
