We ordered the Charlotte storage bed. The bed looks great and we really like the quality. The bed took almost a month to arrive, which we knew would be a slight delay. It was longer then predicted originally. The only real issue was the courier. If you decide on curbside drop off (in Toronto) beware that the courier will potentially expect you to help. I had to go in the truck and help move 3 huge boxes that were 200lbs each. The courier service only send the driver and no one to help. Because of how the company loaded his truck he couldn't get the boxes turned around without physically moving them to a different skid. This was extremely difficult for the driver and for myself. I emailed customer service and apparently in Canada with this type of delivery there is a potential of helping the courier. Although when the courier called, they just said I needed to be there to sign. The courier service was terrible on the phone, told me there is no delivery past 4pm, but the truck driver told me he does make deliveries after 4pm but you might have to pay a bit more. For the price of delivery I expected more of this courier company. Especially when so many furniture deliveries on other websites are free and will bring to your door. The customer service for Rove Concepts was quick to respond, but had little to say after I complained about how poor the courier is and let them know I wouldn't order through them again knowing that would be the delivery option. Apparently the white glove delivery is a different service but I can't justify/afford $700 for delivery on top of the cost of the bed.

Rove's products are great quality and priced well. It would be nice if they still had a store to actually see product and samples. Great warehouse sales too!

fist time make a big furniture shop online. Read all reviews for the product I want to purchase. hopefully, products arrive in good condition and thew way I expected.

So far, so good. I have one or two items on special order, so my experience is thus far only in one purchase. The sofa is exactly as I hoped it would be with regard to style, and the quality is actually higher than expected. Delivery was fine and the guys brought it into the house which I think they didn’t have to do (lucky for me that they did because it was very heavy). It was missing some small parts (washers) but we made do without them. You might want to mention in the description of the sofa that the chaise can be put on either side or even in the middle. That would have helped me make the decision to buy it sooner. Also you should add to the description that the cushions are very firm. That also makes a difference to buyers who have preferences.

I love these tables. At first I thought they were too big around, but I found two great spots for them. Check the diameter to make sure it is correct for your spot. Nice design and workmanship.

I chatted with a customer service representative and she answered all my questions quickly. My gorgeous bed is on the way and I'm thrilled with the whole experience.

We are very happy with the Norman counter stools we purchased from Rove. Love the walnut veneer, the stools are well made and seem very sturdy. We are now planning to purchase chairs for our dining table.
