First time ordering something through Rove Concepts, so far so good.

We ordered a Hugo Sectional, Right Hand Facing with Black Legs. The order total was below $1,000 due to a great sale (which we were very thankful for). In the estimated total screen, including applicable GST, the shipping was $89. When our card was charged, we were billed $178 for shipping. Our order fell below the $1,000 mark, so we should have only been charged for $89 in shipping. Emily in Customer Service used a "smoke and mirrors approach" to deal with us and despite sending her the exact screenshot of what we discussed, she just used distraction to deal with it In her final email, she was not professional. Rove should have just eaten the shipping and fixed their website so that it calculates shipping correctly, but instead the emails went back and forth and it was a total waste of my time. The sofa quality is on par with a sofa at that price point. It's certainly not B&B Italia, nor should one expect that. The construction is good and it looks good. It's not a daily use sofa. I wouldn't patronize Rove again based on my experience.

Had the products that we have been searching for and had better prices than competitive companies

I bought 4x holm chairs from Rove. The quality was not as good as expected. The wood on one of the chairs has already chipped off exposing the white surface. I think the wood on the top is only a thin coating that’s why it came out so easily. Also on another chair, the wood is coming off a bit so it is quite easy to scratch yourself if you not careful. These chairs weren’t very expensive but they were not cheap either, would expect a better quality for the price paid.

I ordered over a month ago and have not tecieved my order and I had to call for an update. I was told that the product comes from the US and therefore takes longer but still no chairs???? Why wasn't this stated st point of purchase if this is the case.

Great website, easy checkout. Overall very satisfied with my experience, but most importantly, their selection and quality of furniture is spectacular and worth the price.

Excellent service and beautiful products. A little disappointed that even a wicker basket is considered a custom order and therefore non-returnable.

I've shopped at Rove Concept online a few times now. ONce or twice I needed assistance from a representative and used the chat box. They were always very nice and super helpful. This time I found what I needed and didn't need any assistance. It's very easy to shop online at Rove Concept. Just love their products and the service.

Purchased the asher bed and night stands. Love the quality and look. Very heavy furniture....Service department answered all my questions. Thank you Kristina and Amy ....just purchased the asher tv stand and look forward to receiving it and setting up my tv....Rove Concepts is a great company!!
