I loved the piece of furniture that I bought although the picture on the website was a bit misleading. I thought the height was much more than what it is.

Their customer service was excellent and we got assistance within 1 or 2 business days. Prices are a little high which is the reason I took away a star but I will definitely use Rove concepts again in the future.
Satisfied with wishbone chair purchase
I bought their wishbone chairs in June. It was the best purchase i could've made considering i needed good quality ones with a tightly woven seats and sturdy frame. There are plenty of cheap ones out there. I had several questions about the size and dimensions and the customer service helped me through out the process. In fact they even send me several pictures of the chair arranged with different tables from their studio, which helped me with the decision. Super satisfied.

Great product, average delivery service
Great product, but the communication was lacking for the delivery; had a tracking number but no Information on how the delivery works. I was a little worried that they would drop the package in front of my house if I wasn't home and I would have loved to be informed in advance that I would receive a call from the delivery company the day the package arrives in town to schedule the delivery the day after. Otherwise it was all good!
