website is very easy to navigate

I was impressed by the quality of the Bennett Media Console - 55" from Rove Concepts. Walnut veneer matched between doors/drawers so was properly done. It was also sturdier than I thought as I was worried with the legs it might be tippy, but no problem. My only problem was with the website didn't display the pickup option right away and I had to refresh and re-enter etc to get the option to even appear. I had to call. No problem picking up in Richmond. They called me to let me know it had arrived, and the loading dock guys were very helpful with loading it into the car.

Items are nice, service is reasonable. My expectations of delivery prior to ordering and the actual delivery date are completely different. I almost didn't order due to the wait time of up to 14 weeks. This is poor compared to other places I looked at. The price is the reason I went for this product, I just hope it arrives before 14 weeks.

We had discussed a delivery date, but yet the order was shipped out prior to this date.

It was easy to shop on the website, images and videos are clear showing the products very well in detail, that's why I made my decision for buying the product here. Hope that when the product arrives it will be exactly as it looks on the website photos.
