Create your dream home with Rove Concepts
I found Rove Concepts on Pinterest when I was looking for modern minimalistic furniture. I was a bit hesitant at first because I have never heard of them so I wasn't sure if the quality would be good.
The HELP window on the lower bottom of the website is quite helpful. I am able to email or get a live agent to ask questions regarding their product.
I initially purchased the Marcus dining table and it was a big hit. I've received so many compliments! I just bought the Anders dining chairs, Lars Coffee Table, and Jesper Bar Stools yesterday and I can't wait for them to arrive. Make sure to pay attention to the fabric and wood color so that your home looks cohesive. Creative decorators would be able to mix and match different materials and styles but since I'm not of creative nature, I played it safe and followed the rules.
The customer service rocks, their follow up email regarding my orders and shipment are great and their products are simple but elegant. <3
I kind of want this business to be a secret but a great thing always seems to shine, so with that said, Rove Concepts, continue to shine! I'll probably purchase all my home goods from your store!

Beautiful Media Stand
Just received the Lucas media stand from RC - its beautifully made and fits right into our living room. Fantastic product - we have two more items on order from RC and looking forward to receiving them.
Good quality, questionable delivery
Table is good quality, shipping and delivery was pretty bad. My table was sent to the wrong city so it ended up taking an extra week for it to come back from Montreal to my place in Toronto. When it finally got to Toronto I was given a date and took time off work to be home to receive delivery and they never showed up. The guy that came the next day was driving a Dodge Caravan and wearing flip flops, and asked that I come out to his van to help him carry the table to my place (I was going through a back injury at the time and was not planning on having to do that at all).

I was calling to order some furniture based on a quote that was obtained by my interior designer. Was pleased that my call was answered immediately and my order taken without too much issue. There was some confusion as the credit card used was my own rather than the interior designer's, but it didn't take long to get it all sorted out.

I am very excited about how easy it was to order once I got the hang of how the process worked. I was confused about the shipping fee when placing multiple orders (and if you could place separate orders in order to receive some in stock items earlier) yet it turned out that wasn't an issue because I am picking up from the warehouse in Richmond.
