Good selection
Good selection, reasonable sale prices (reg price is not realistic), easy to use site, but 8 days after paying, furniture still hasn't left the warehouse. I didn't see "available for preorder" when I made the purchase, so maybe it's my fault I had expectations the product would have shipped. I have used All Modern, Wayfair, and France and Son...most items I purchased shipped within a couple days.

Excellent experience with Rove. Customer service via chat was entirely painless and they were able to assist right away with a price adjustment. We knew to expect several weeks lead time before our order arrived and everything from the online ordering process to the delivery went smoothly. The Asher bed frame and night stands arrived in immaculate condition. They look exactly as depicted on the site and feel sturdy and well made, in addition to looking great. They were extremely well packaged as well and easy to assemble. Shipping company was pleasant to work with. Thanks again.

Very great product quality for the price point. Compared to other modern furniture stores around Vancouver like EQ3, Structube, and Urban Barn, Rove Concepts price to quality ratio is the best. Their showroom employees are not commission based, so they are not pushy but still very helpful. They gave me a guaranteed price quote for two weeks. Online website is very easy to use.

Ceva delivery made this purchase terrible.
We finally received our table. It is beautiful, perfect. This table is made well and srong. But my experience receiving the table was a complete nightmare. Ceva the delivery company was unreliable and rude. They claimed they had no contact info on their website when I looked up my delivery. I had to contact them. They claimed they did not have my product to delivery after scheduling a delivery twice and taking time off work or life to wait. When asked the first time to clarify their story, they straight out said, "you calling me a fibber." I was so uncomfortable I asked my husband to deal with them. / My husband finally drove to their warehouse to pick it up. I will not order from Rove again because of the delivery company they use. This is terrible because their furniture is fabulous.
