Couldn't have been easier to order, and they over delivered on the ETA of a back-ordered item. Rove Concepts came highly recommended by our interior designer, and I would gladly recommend them as well.

Bought 3 office chairs and a rug. I was pleasantly surprised how solid the chairs were. They were easy to assemble, only wished they were on rollers; hopefully they would sell them as an option if customers wants them.

Purchased 6 chairs, unfortunately they did not work out. The product was good, no complaints there. However when time came to return the chairs it was an inconvenient process for us. I had to call many times to get the ball rolling, in fact I had to follow up every day to make sure my return was being processed. First I had to scramble to find my own shipper, paid for shipping, Product sat in Rove warehouse for a week before they processed the credit. It ended up costing us over $ 500 as Rove charges 10% for returns plus shipping. If you are thinking of buying chairs from Rove I suggest buy 1 first to make sure it is suitable. Service is not the greatest in fact the whole time I did not feel confident that I was going to get any money back.

I received great customer service over the phone and the order was placed quickly and painlessly!

So far, so good. Ordering was fairly easy. It appears the items are already ready to ship. Looking forward to getting the chairs.

As a designer we should be allowed more samples. Limiting the quantity of samples is difficult when we are trying to present/sell the products.

Customer service at Rove Concepts was impeccable. I had just bought a table (beautiful of course), and the next day there was a sale - they retroactively gave me the lower price, no questions asked.

I love the design so I wanted to give 5 stars. My only problem thing is that the items we got are back ordered so may have to pay shipping two times or wait for items...

I am so happy to find this affordable reproduction with a custom leather option. I ordered a leather swatch to confirm the color I wanted, and I believe the color and quality will be very good.
