The Table of My Dreams
Newly divorced and ordering everything I have ever wanted. The white tulip table with walnut top is SO beautiful. Paired it with molded white plastic chairs with walnut legs. My bachelorette pad is all set for my new life. Delivery was perfect! Super easy set-up, did it all by myself.

I had trouble navigating the site on my ipad. I was never able to find a "buy now" button, which was a tad frustrating. The screen just kept jumping around. I ended up having to place the order on my desk top computer. No problem, really, but you asked, so I'm sharing. Excited to receive my dining table!

Great Pieces, Terrible Lead Time
We ordered elbow chairs that required custom upholstery. When we bought them, the lead time was 812 weeks, which seemed ludicrous for a semi-custom piece. Then when we got the confirmation it said due to the "extended holiday season," whatever that means, the lead time was now 14-20 weeks?! What a deterrent from ever ordering from you again.

the service I experienced is not like the bad reviews . Pleasantly surprised
after reading all the negative reviews , I was very hesitant to order my Wishbone chairs but decided to give Rove a try.
I was pleasantly surprised as from the moment I placed an order, I had very prompt replies from a few customer service representatives whenever I had a question.
The 6 chairs arrived packed in individual boxes, the chairs were in good condition except for a couple, I wrote in and was given a small discount via very quick and responsive emails.
Overall I am very satisfied with Rove and I will probably order more furniture. I do hope my wishbone Chairs are good quality and hold up well.
Poor Customer Service
Furniture would not be received for 12 weeks after I ordered it. I accepted that, but when the furniture went on sale 2 weeks after I ordered and Rove insisted on a 3% fee to get the sales price, that is clearly a poor customer service attitude.
