Ordered 6 egg chairs but needed fabric samples first, was on the phone with a CS rep on a Friday and rec'd samples that following Monday morning. I have called in to speak w/reps, connected with a live person with in seconds. Payment was a breeze and emails were always answered within minutes. I spoke with Lexi, Carla & Elia and everyone of these customer Service reps really know their products, the experience with them was just "Awesome". Thanks for getting me taken care, and now I can get started on my next project!
Beautiful chairs, quick shipping
I recently purchased the DSW molded plastic side chairs for my new home. I had found out about Rove Concepts through Instagram and these chairs were affordable and go great with my new dining room table. They are comfortable and were delivered surprisingly fast, as I live in Newfoundland. Would definitely recommend and will be purchasing from Rove Concepts again!

nice selection, difficult to use
I love the beautiful items on the site. I'm a techie and it still took me several tries to get my custom order configured in the website. I only need to pick an fabric color and a wood finish--but it took multiple tries on my laptop.

Nice products but the delivery time is ridiculous
I received 5 out of my 7 items in a pretty decent amount of time but the last 2 (which were gifts) are still MIA. They split my order to help the delivery time but the 2 outstanding were split and so my processing time started over. I've contacted rove and they say it hasn't been long enough although my original order was placed on February 2nd. Still no shipping confirmation.....

They were very helpful, ordered swatch to decide on color, they were excellent to follow up to see if they had arrived, and when they didn't, they checked to see what had happened, and suggested I re order, which I did, and they arrived very quickly.
I feel that it is a very good company, and feel confident that the quality will be every bit as good as they say.
