Ordering complete, furniture yet to arrive
Ordering experience was good, however the shipping has not happened therefore I am not ready to give more than a 3 star rating. As the saying goes "the proof is in the pudding" I will happily review once the furniture arrives.
Great quality and beautiful design
I ordered two Eames style chairs from Rove and am so pleased that I did! I am moving in three weeks and will be using them as dining chairs for my new apartment. For now, though, they work great as extra seating and accent chairs in my living room! They are beautifully designed and very easy to put together. I will definitely be ordering more from Rove in the future!

Friendly staff
Wanted to check out the DSW Chairs in person before purchasing them. Staff was friendly but didn't offer help until I requested it. Disappointed I couldn't pay with debt, only credit. Can't wait for my new chairs to arrive!

I got excellent response to my several inquiries and product arrived sooner than expected. The whole transaction was seamless: a really nice experience when I was getting so frustrated with orders not going well or inquiries not being responded by other vendors during our big house renovation/redecoration. Great stuff & easy to order
My order was rather involved with a table & 4 chairs plus type of
upholstery but the lady on the phone was very kind and explained
what everything was about so it really helped.
A shopping experience not to be missed
The staff in this showroom were pleasant, genuine and knowledgeable making the trip to the showroom battling snow and road construction well worth our while. The products are beautiful, well-crafted and with a tasteful, sleek, stylish design that would add a certain something to any home. I would recommend them hands down!
All good until delivery
Rove was fine until delivery. It took forever to get the product (like, more than 3 weeks !), and when it finally came, the delivery man refuses to bring my product (a 100 pounds table!) inside my home. That delivery company, for insurance issues, ask their delivery men to leave the pieces of furniture outside. So I had to wait outside in winter and call a friend to help me put the thing inside... Like, come on !

The only issue was a bit of back and forth communication with Rove and the outsourced delivery company. Had to really follow up to get the delivery organized. We did and are very happy!
Beautiful furniture at reasonable prices
I ordered my first item and happy with the order process. The furniture is really beautiful and I see myself shopping here again. I would prefer if tax showed earlier that the final stage of check-out. The lengthy delivery time (2 months) from order date is also not ideal but willing to wait for great furniture.
I am very happy, so far, with the service I have received from Rove Concepts.
I e-mailed Rove Concepts and requested a written quote on some items and received that quote within an hour. The order was placed and now I am just waiting for the product to arrive. Hopefully, I will be happy with the end results.

Over the two (2!) years I've been considering buying a womb chair and ottoman from Rove, they have been so helpful, answering my questions and sending me fabric samples. Once I decided, the ordering process was extremely easy. Additionally, last year a friend ordered an Eames style lounge chair from Rove last and the quality of the workmanship was outstanding! I'm sure I'll be ordering more in the future. Thank you!
Very smooth
I ordered counter stools a few months back and was impressed by their quality, price, and the expedience of delivery. Just ordered some dining chairs with an assumption of the continuity of excellence.
Table quality and late shipment
The marble tulip table ordered is beautiful, however, the quality of the marble was not up to par upon receipt. It arrived with round marks on the table that cannot be cleaned off. I'm guessing it was how it was stored in the DC or shipment. Also, the shipment arrived several hours after the delivery window (last of the day when it was supposed to arrive in the morning), so I spent the whole day waiting. I tried contacting customer service but nothing was done.
rove concept online order
I liked the simplicity of the website and online order system. Excited to receive the terrarium that we ordered. A ship to location for pick up option would have been a nice option though but either I couldn't find one when ordering or there was not one available. I also was not able to capitalize on the 5% off promo as I only realized there was a coupon code available after I had placed my order.
