We bought the AAC dining chairs from Rove Concepts. The chairs itself are beautiful contemporary design. They were delivered within a reasonable time. Two of the chairs legs were chipped and cracked. The customer service team sent in replacement legs within a few weeks which was fine. We are very happy with the chairs and would/will buy from Rove Concepts again.

I like the modern sleek look of my Sophia sectional couch and it is comfortable too. However I can smell quite a bit chemicals especially from the frames in the back and on the side. The smell resembles new car smell and reminds me of some IKEA furniture I had before. I am pregnant so I made sure that the materials are safe before ordering : I had the couch made without fire retardant (even though it took five months from order to delivery); The sales people confirmed with me that they do not use Formaldehyde. So I was really expecting a very green, no VOC couch. So after all the effort and I still smell those chemicals it's disappointing. It's freezing cold in the winter I can't even open the window to air it out. I also have a set of sofas from Mitchell Gold and there has been absolutely no smell since day one. I have requested it for a full list of chemicals used in producing's couch and I am still waiting for the results.

I love the furniture on this site. I looked for a table for my apt for a long time - found exactly what I was looking for here.

Purchasing new chairs for my office on the Rove Concepts was fast and easy... and the prices were very reasonable. I would definitely recommend it to others, and will use it again for sure!

Awesome, seamless and the website was highly intuitive

I like my table but their is a gap in between the table and the leaf and the leaf is not level with the table. It was quite expensive for not being in perfect shape when it arrived. Also, it took a long time to get the table and the communication was average regarding delivering the table.

Rove Concepts sells beautiful products. I could buy it all! But you have to be patient with online orders and their lower mainland shipping company is very disorganized. I had called shipping company after waiting ten plus days for order to arrive and they had assured order would arrive on Monday, which was the day I had to have it for a birthday present. No one showed up by late afternoon so I called shipping company again and they said order was not coming on Tuesday or I could come to warehouse myself. As I needed the order for the birthday party (this was communicated earlier to Rove C and the shipping company), I drove out the the warehouse in Richmond. Security was hesitant to let me in past their gate but finally after talk to the shipping company again, they let me in. Rove Concepts should find a better shipping company or review their SLA with their shipping company. Order took too long to deliver and was full of miscommunication and complications resulting in me driving to the warehouse myself to pick up the order.

Great service, but I noticed the finish of the Norman counter stools looked different when they arrived. They are still pretty but it is more of a dull matte finish than the way it looked on the website. I still like them, though it makes me more wary of purchasing furniture on line.
