Love the chair
I wanted this chair for a while and was so excited to get it from Rove. Customer service was very responsive, helpful and smart.
Excellent Customer Service
Just went through the process of looking for my first couch (non craigslist/used). Its a big step for my partner and I and I was quiet nervous about the process. Elly from Rove Concepts was nothing but efficient and lovely as she talked me through the process of a pre-order, and what I should expect to happen. I couldn't be happier with our decision, and cannot wait to sit in our beautiful new piece.
Great Experience
Just ordered 4 Holm chairs and the Marcus Dining table and I couldn't be happier. From the salespeople in the showroom to the customer service representative that fulfilled my order, the entire process was smooth and professional.
The quality of the furniture is excellent and I would recommend Rove for anyone looking for quality good looking home furnishings with excellent customer service to match. Much better than big box retailers such as CB2 and West Elm in my opinion.
The only problem is that they need to have more items in their showroom!
1st Time User - Positive Experience
We purchased the Tulip Table, with Carrara top, along with 4 Master's Chairs. Upon delivery, the marble top and 1 chair were damaged in transit. Having had bad experiences with other companies in the past, with regard to damaged goods and requesting a replacement, I was expecting the worst...though the support staff (namely: Lexi, Elia & Dax) at Rove Concepts were extremely helpful, sympathetic and very courtesy. After providing verification of the damaged goods, they expedited shipment on a new top and chair, which arrived promptly! Very impressed with both the quality of goods and the customer service, being one of the best I have experienced to date...

We love the look of our choices (Eames Lounge Chair and Ottoman; also Pavilion Chairs and Ottomans) and quality appears to be excellent. We did have an issue with delivery though (hence the 4 star rating) but treatment was indeed decent and without friction, with a satisfactory resolution.

Order was shipped and waiting for me to pick up in record time, no hassles what so ever. Purchased a tulip table and 4 tulip chairs and had red leather seat cushions made for them , couldn't be happier with my order! Thank you and I will be back shopping with Rove Concepts soon. 6 Eames Dinning Room Chairs
Visited the store front on 7th Ave here in Vancouver. Was able to check out the chairs in person before placing the order with a rep at the store. Quality of the chairs are good and have no complaints. I'll definitely consider purchasing furniture from them again in the future.

rove customer service is cordial.
the lead time on rove products is painfully long. a 4.5 mo lead time for 3+ months of the year makes working with the company difficult.

No delivery yet, but ordering was easy. Only one discount code can be used, and shipping was surprisingly high.

Fantastic Store
We have been looking to buy furniture for our new apartment and been to many stores in Vancouver and finally we came across Rove Concepts. In one word this store is quite fabulous. The way store is laid out and furniture is set up anyone who walks in would want to spend the whole day there.
