Good midcentury source
Excellent source of affordable mid-century products - quality without being overpriced. Appreciate the lines of products which are consistent throughout, from accessories to furnishings, worked well for our homes, architectural office, and our clients.
A concern emerged with the 'pick it up yourself' shipping - completely not to the same standard. I assume this was an out of house shipping contract, and thus does not represent the same level of customer focus as Rove retail outlets. Suggest caution if selecting the 'pick up at warehouse' option.
As for Rove products, so far great quality, nice selection, very happy.

The shipment was fast and well packaged. I was hesitant to buy furniture without first seeing it in person, however the chairs I received exceeded my expectations. I will for sure buy again and have recommended others to check them out.
Excellent service and quality
I had purchased the Tulip marble dining table and a set of Wishbone chairs in American Walnut. The quality is excellent, however, there is some inconsistency with the finish on the table. The chairs are gorgeous and beautifully matched with the table as pictured on the website. Delivery time from the date of order was dreadfully long as the chairs were not in stock, but definitely worth the wait.

Solid Online Shopping Experience
The styles and experience on Rove Concepts was fluid overall. Some items had slightly confusing product photographs (a cement plate was featured in a picture of a ceramic plate) but I had a positive experience on the whole. Will shop again.

I LOVE my new couch
The sofia sectional that we ordered is gorgeous. No disappointments at all. Comfortable, quality and beautiful piece of furniture. The only reason I rate it four stars and not five was that it took a long time to deliver the piece, and I wasn't able to track it anywhere. When I did receive the tracking number, it didn't work! But I received a quick call from the delivery company to schedule a delivery so it wasn't too much hassle. I would recommend Rove to anyone!
Sturdy and comfortable
The wait for pick up was longer than I had expected and wished we didn't have to go all the way to Delta. I am however very happy with the product. The stools are sturdy and doesn't topple over easily.

great design! sad they are not located in Toronto and charge somewhat expensive shipping fee. but still can't be beaten by others in terms of design. I've been looking for bench and coffee-table for more than 10 months and finally find what I've wanted at Rove Concepts.
Great design
Shopping for a media console with all of the options and good looks I was searching for led me to Rove Concepts. The holiday sale made the decision easy because the designs are exactly my style. The one issue I came upon was during my online purchase when a message about browsing in 'private mode' kept popping up. I figured it out (i was on my iphone) but had to start the purchase process from tnt beginning, which was a drag. Not sure why this particular website required a different setting than any other I use for online shopping, but this was the only negative of my experience. Otherwise, excellent
